Because there was a big crowd already inside before I walked in, I wasn't quite attended to even when crowd got smaller and practically disappeared. ?♀️ Either this location has changed over the years ? or it just wasn't my day last Friday early afternoon. I was standing patiently over a countertop, isn't it obvious? Long story short, I just walked out after lack of attention/assistance. Thanks for your business over the years though.

Great jeweler awesome man he have Help create a nice wedding ring wedding band for me and my wife very respectful and courtesy and sales rep. Mr. Floyd is also an awesome salesman. Very respectful very nice and great customer service John Hunter.

Everyone here is amazing, never had a bad time when it came down to business. Jimmy is the man! very understanding people, and I personally have seen them do really good by people who may have missed a payment or two, you will never see that at other pawn shops. Leave the drama at the door and work a deal with them you wont be let down!!

Wish I could review with negative stars but workers have a nasty passive aggressive attitude and didnt want to buy my pc because it went to sleep mode for taking their sweet time helping other customers while I was waiting for them to check the pc and didnt know how to switch the display back to what it was connected to ??♂️

Walked in and didn’t even get greeted and there were at least 3 employees if not more. Upon looking around at the jewelry for 5 minutes no one asked if I needed help but someone walked in 5 minutes after me and they offered to help them. Poor customer service.
