Just want to recognize the outstanding help provided by Brian. I was having difficulty w/my replacement phone re-connecting to Verizon and then erasing my old phone to return to complete the insurance claim. Brian couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, and positive about solving all the issues presented even when it required him to stay past closing time! Incredible service!!
