I recently hired Total Flooring to repair/replace a large section of flooring and couldn't be happier. I spoke with Markus who was knowledge and super helpful throughout the process. He went above and beyond in all aspects of the project, including procuring the same (end of life) flooring, kept us informed throughout the process, working with our schedules, and bringing in a very efficient installation team Rich Molinas who answered concerns and provided great solutions for the end game of having beautiful floors we’re proud to entertain on! The Total Flooring team was professional, punctual, and efficient. Although they encountered unforeseen problems, they handled the project in a timely manner, with great care and attention to detail that shows in the finished product.If getting a great price, a smooth and stress-free process, top-quality work and dealing with reliable and trustworthy flooring experts is something you're in the market for, I highly recommend Total Flooring.

My house previously had new but cheaply and badly installed floors. In fact, there were multiple different types floors and all had gaps in the corners. The Total Flooring team leveled my floors, added trim and did an excellent job. They even got the job done a day and a half faster than planned because they brought a larger a team who worked quickly. I’m so happy with how it looks. It feels like I have a new house!

Started our search for carpeting by stopping by the big box store, what a waste of time. No one had any knowledge in carpeting. Remembering that we purchased our current carpeting from Total Flooring back in 2003 (yes it lasted that long) we decided to give them a try once again. We were greeted by Jeff Meyer who really impressed us with his extensive knowledge of carpeting. Jeff explained that he has been in the carpeting business for over 30 years and in working with Jeff, that experience clearly shines through. Jeff was able to help us make a carpet selection based on our needs - not what he had to sell today. The carpeting was just installed on schedule, looks great, and based on Jeff's recommendation, we are confident this carpeting is going to provide many years of service. Take my advice -Jeff is your go to carpet person.

First class sales experience with Sharon, who also provided invaluable assistance during installation. She is a rock star!The initial product quality of my Shaw engineered hickory hardwood floors is top notch - no noise, nice and quiet for me and my condo neighbors - which was of utmost importance as I live in an upper level condo. The floors far exceeded my expectations in terms of beauty and aesthetics.The installation was superb in terms of very high quality workmanship. The installers were also very attentive to my questions/concerns and showed great care when moving furniture and equipment so as to not damage new floors/ walls etc. As satisfied as I was with the overall installation, it could have gone a bit smoother.In terms of financing, I was able to get a superb deal with a special promotion of 36 months/0% interest in addition to a nice discount. So pricing and financing are very reasonable.Overall, I would rate Total Flooring at 4.5 stars and highly recommend as reputable flooring experts!

Neil was absolutely amazing to work with in getting new carpet. He went through all the different products and asked questions to figure out which would work best for me. He was professional and always had a quick response to any question I sent him. The quality of the carpet and the installation job was outstanding. I am so happy I went with Total Flooring!

My better half and I recently bought our first place together. On our first pass we were planning on keeping the upstairs carpet, but decided once we got the keys it would be good to replace it given the condition/color.We didn't have a lot of time if we wanted to get it done before moving our stuff, but Brittany and the rest of the Total Flooring team knocked it out of the park. It was less than a week from our first call to having BEAUTIFUL carpet put in. On top of that, the crew was incredibly accommodating - we had one adjustment to make at the end of the job that was completely my fault, but they took the extra time to make sure it was exactly as we had hoped ( I tipped a bit extra at the end, especially given they didn't have to say yes to my request).Highly recommend them! I'll try to attach pictures when I'm back home.

The salesman I had helped see this job all the way through. This crew he had made the job look easy. It was estimated to take 2 to 3 days to get the job completed from pulling up the carpet (which was glued down), cleaning the floor, leveling the floor and then laying the new carpet down. This crew showed up at 3PM and started pulling up the old carpet right away. By 8PM half the floor was already leveled with cement and we were waiting for the floor to dry. Around this time, the salesman Jeremy Murray showed up at the job site to see how things were going—this was unexpected but certainly appreciated because this was when I realized that I forgot to leave the air on in the store which would of helped the floor dry faster. The path to turning on the thermostat was blocked by a 5 foot wall and stacked booths. The salesman says, no problem—I use to be a climber. I was like what? He went up and over the wall and the booths fairly quickly and then turned on the thermostat and climbed right back. He made it look easy and then after that drove home to get an extra fan to help speed things up ?. After the floor had dried his crew was determined to see the job through and had it all finished by 5AM! Not only did the carpet look great but they got the whole job done in less than one day. It was a 2 day installation. The first day was prepping an existing old tile floor. It involved skim coating the existing tiles. The second day was a 12 hour day for the installers. The results were great. My wife and I are happy with the results.

Brittany was amazing and knew exactly what we were looking for in regards to flooring for our basement! She listened to us and had great insight. The installers were fast, efficient and clean! Brittany also made all the personally touches by being in constant communication with us throughout the whole process down to reaching out after to see how it looked.
