Rice was hard,so disgusting.Literally hard, undercooked rice in my burrito which I paid extra for extra rice.Employees look like they are under the influence.

This Taco Bell location never disappoints, service wise employees are always welcoming, nice, and understanding. Food wise, food is always hot, ready fast, and tasty. The atmosphere of this place is very nice, modern, and comfortable. I haven’t had one bad experience here ever so I would totally recommend this Taco Bell location.

I absolutely love Taco Bell so much. So it pains me to say that this is genuinely has the worst quality of food I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. First time, fine. But every single time!? Dude I just want a good cheesey Gordita crunch. This one sucks.

This location is absolutely horrible, AVOID it if you want to enjoy your food!!! We have given them a few chances but never had a good experience at the Homer Glen location and today was by far the worst.Hashbrowns were very greasy like they weren’t cooked long enough and oil was not up to temp.The burritos were literally slapped together with one piece of sausage used to cover both… You can get a much better sausage burrito at McDonald’s and it’s cheaper!!The breakfast crunch wrap was basically an extremely greasy hashbrown (even worse than the ones mentioned above) with eggs and meat as an afterthought.Personally I am a big fan of Taco Bell breakfast but after today that is no longer the case. As you can see the pictures speak for themselvesMy suggestion to corporate is better vet your people and/or train them better!! While I understand good workers are hard to come by this was pure laziness.

We love Taco Bell, but this place after repeated attempts to give them a shot can never get an order right and their quality is the worst I have ever seen, never correct, always wet and sloppy. We are never going back to this Taco Bell again, enough is enough. BEWARE.

Placed an online pick up order for 12am when they close at 1am…. As soon as we were at the drive through at 12:15 they claimed they were completely out of food. Gave us no phone call, no text or email. When there were still 45 mins left of the place being open. If they knew they were out of food, why accept the order in the first place? And why wait until we leave the drive through to tell us they we unable to accept the order…??? Stop hiring lazy teens who just want to go home.

This particular Taco Bell is really overpriced. Also, they won't give you the same online deals that other Taco bells will give you in the area.

Went to the drive thru and ordered my food. I was offered a free drink by the staff. Staff were always friendly and nice to me. I was in the food business for years and its a tough job, so I always speak to them kindly. :)

The service here is terrible. The last time I was here I had to repeat the burrito I wanted 3 times and the employee kept trying to correct me even tho I was reading exactly what I wanted off their menu. On the 4th time the boss (who is also probably a teenager) started yelling at him and he cussed back at him all while talking into the microphone. When I went last night I ordered 40 bucks worth of food and half of my order was missing. I tried calling them once home but no answer. Now I will just have to dispute the charge. I will not be back ever again. Attached is the picture of the $5 barria taco they offer…
