So I understand that a 4 drink order isn't very appreciated when coming through the drive-thru but I didn't think it'd lessen the quality of what I ordered. I saw her make our refreshers and she didn't shake them, and when she handed me my iced espresso drink you could visibly see the separation of the unmixed syrups shots and milk. Very disappointed to say the least.

I rather go to the Starbucks down the street from here. The lady or manager working middled aged with dark hair always isn’t that friendly or nice. Several occasions I’ve gone here she has a sourpus on her face. They’re out of ingredients for drinks that’s terrible for customers who want drinks. Because of the lack ingredients the lady working there I stopped going to this one. Do better Starbucks hire people with personalities and better attitude. I’m sure she’s hitting retirement or is forced to work and hates her job. It doesn’t look good for representing Starbucks or Jewl Osco. Th one down the street is the best! Great customer service there!

Loving the customer service at this location. Thanks to the Jewel Just for Me program I had clipped a coupon for a $2 Grande beverage. Any beverage there! You can bet I waltzed right up and ordered my current go to, Mocha Cookie Crumble. The baristas did an excellent job making it with perfect ratios. Gotta love a good caffeine fix while you grocery shop! I will return.

I am so disappointed in this Starbucks. I have had them a couple times and each time they forget something. I did a mobile order 9/30/2021 for a Gr White Mocha Coffee. They only filled my cup about half way and did not add the whipped cream or any of the extras. I paid $6 just to have a half filled cup of coffee. I truly am just pissed off because I've paid a lot just to get a little.

I go to this location on a regular basis. Today they handed me a scalding hot cup of coffee with a lid that was not secured and had the coffee spilled all over my hand. When I was asked if I was okay, I told them no I was in pain. I was not offered a cool rag to ease the burn. All I was told is they would remake the spilled coffee. I had to ask for the managers card. When this happened I was offered a $4 gift card. The lead on duty refused to come to the window to talk to me. I understand accidents happen but when it leads to your customer in pain your procedure sucks.

The new Starbucks, in its own stand alone location, has THEE SLOWEST INTERNET. I ran the Google speed test, and it tested 50% WORSE THAN DIAL-UP. That's right, old school dialup internet is TWICE AS FAST than the internet at the newly constructed Starbucks at 143rd and Bell.
