I'm not surprised to see all of the bad reviews on this place as I just had a horrible experience here as well. I brought my company truck here and asked if they can do repairs through enterprise fleet services and I was told yes no problem and that they have done them before. Unfortunately, this was not the case, they did not know the process and asked me to reach out to enterprise which I did and was told that they are NOT approved to do enterprise fleet repairs. The owner said either way he will be charging me $75 for taking a look at it and I argued the point that they had the truck there under false pretenses as I would have never left the truck there in the first place if they were truthful on the fact that they cannot do enterprise repairs or knew what they were talking about and he said you will give me the $75 or you won't get your truck back and then hung up the phone. I should have known that this place wasn't a great place to go to as it was completely empty when I went there and customer service did not exsisit at this location at all. I will read the reviews from now on before I frequent a new location as this experience and place was a complete joke.

My car wouldn't pass emmissions. Went to my dealer, got a quote for $1100. Roberts found the problem, and repaired it for under $300. Passed !Service: General repairs & maintenance

Scammers! They also work with a horrible and dishonest tow company Orland Towing AKA Ambassador towing! Charged outrageous amount for battery replacement. Extra charges for diagnostic’s and additional for labor. Total in all over 600.00. If you take your vehicle here you get what you deserve!

I too had a very poor experience with them. I brought my car in for new front and rear brakes. It was not until closing that they called me and informed me what the cost would be which was $600 more than I expected. No one and I mean no one told me that they charge $65 to inspect your vehicle. If I was informed that at the start, I may have chosen to go elsewhere because my car has 300,000 miles on it. Nonetheless, I told them I was disgusted and did not want the work. The following day when I went in they refused to wave the inspection fee. The manager was beyond RUDE and accused me of expecting something for nothing. This is certainly not the case. Had he at least been a little more understanding, I would have been fine. He needs to remember who is the customer. I informed him that he has very poor reviews on his Yelp site and he could care less. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. BTW, I normally do not write reviews but I had no choice on this one. Unfortunately, there seems to be a pattern here with extremely poor customer and work service.

If I could give half a star I would. And the half is only because they did manage to fix my flat tire. To preface this I would like to say I have 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee no issues no noises. It has 33k miles. We had a flat tire so my husband took it to Roberts to be repaired. He asked if I would drop it off before work have them put the fixed tire on and do a tire rotation. Fast forward I pick the vehicle up later that day to have it start making this creaking grinding noise. I bring it right back explaining the issues. “Oh well it has nothing to do with the tire rotation” they told me I needed to bring it back for them to look at it. I bring it back the next day. The same guy waited on me didn’t remember who I was. Ok you see a lot of people I get it. Asked me the issue and when I started hearing the sound. My reply was after you guys rotated the tires. I drop the car off and get a phone call 3 hours later telling me it’s the control arm bushings and it will be $1700 to replace. I responded with excuse me? Those usually last to 80k miles I barely drive this car as I work locally. I said not to do the work and I will be there to get it shortly. I took it to Randy’s auto off 159th and annico and it turned out Roberts damaged a part while putting my car on the rack. It’s a $40 dollar piece. Needless to say I will never go to Roberts or recommend them to anyone. I will tell people about Randy’s auto for an honest fair mechanic. He also didn’t charge to look at my car!

Took van in for noise at right rear wheel, they said parking brake had came apart, had it repaired. About 3 days later noise a noise came back so I went back to have it evaluated. They said it was rusty rotors for this issue. Had it fixed and noise is worse.dont want to go back because what will be the cost then. Also the parking brake don't work and the wanted another $600 to replace the cable which they said was stretched??? More to the story but after spending $1,600 I will not return.Services: Auto exhaust system repair

The WORST !! Went on Saturday 10 am, wanted to purchase 2 tires & mounted, they said can't, went back 10am Monday, they said come back later, we'll call you, but not having heard by 2:45pm, i called them and was told about another hour, come in at 4 pm, so I did, they denied having called me and said they could not put the tires on !!! THREE WASTED TRIPS TO THIS PLACE FOR NOTHING!! Too many other places that don't play these games to waste one's time coming here !! (AND check their price list before you have anything done... even car dealers don't charge those prices)... Oh, and one of them tries to play the shame game to get you to buy more than you want,,, Exact quote " Oh, you drive XXXX brand car, and you're concerned about paying a few dollars more for tires"... Puhleeze,,,,!!! Grow up !!

I started bringing my car here for some small stuff; it all went perfectly well so I eventually got tires here. They were just slightly out of balance at highway speeds so I brought it back and they made it right. I recommend this shop!

A week ago, my son brought his car into Roberts for a tire that was flat. In March 2021, we got 4 new tires from Roberts. In April, we needed to replace one of the tires. Last week when we brought the tire in to be fixed under warranty. The person at the front desk (don't know his name) was very demeaning how he was speaking to my son (My wife witnessed this). That's not the issue. They charged us $172 for a new tire and then said two of the other tires (the one's not replaced in April) had bad seals around the rim and they will fix those for free. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager Peter. He tried to say my son was driving on a flat tire and therefore he was responsible for the cost of the tire. When I told him when he drove to the store from his school since the tire was low and not driving on the tire he didn't respond. I asked how common is it for new tires 7 months old to lose air from the seal around the rim. He stated he rarely sees this. I then pointed out that the tires loosing air wasn't from my son's driving and from the installation in March. He again didn't respond. I told him I would like to be reimbursed the $172 given the nature of how the leaks occurred and ironically the only tire not needing to be fixed was the one installed at a separate time (April 2021) . He stated he can't give a refund and the general manager would need to issue this. Peter stated he will have him call me. The following day, I called and the GM wasn't available. I told him I would wait the weekend to hear back from him on Monday, October 25th. I didn't hear from the GM, I waited to call back on Tuesday, Oct. 26th first thing in the morning. Peter responded saying, I left a message. I asked for his name and number and he said, I can't give you his number or name. I again asked for a call back by the end of the day as it has been almost a week and if he won't even call back to discuss with me I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Please note I brought my Mercedes to Roberts getting the feeling they did not have much experience or knowledge working on them, this was quite apparent from the first phone call. They said they charge $125 per hour labor for inspection and will call after the first hour if anything more is needed. During the call they said they think its the emergency brake making the noise in the rear end. Being an electronic brake that is either on or off it seemed very odd to me, at any rate I said that's ok no more inspection is needed. I also brought them two horns (high and low frequency) to install after receiving a price of $312.50 one and a half hours of labor to install the horns plus the hour of labor for inspection. When I went to pick up my vehicle the price was $375.00? When the owner Bill came in who I spoke to on the phone and asked him why he was charging me $375.00 and that when we spoke on the phone the charge would be $312.50 two and a half hours of labor and if any more labor was needed he would call me first before they moved forward. Bill instantly raised his voice stating that's not what he said on the phone calling me a liar and stated that he has been in business for 30 years etc. This was so unprofessional to be overcharged and called a liar and not fix or even diagnose my problem. I hope this helps people in the future when deciding where to take their vehicle. If you want unprofessional service that does not have much experience dealing with Mercedes, will waste your time, then over bill you and call you a liar then Roberts is the place to go. Best wishes and luck to those who are having vehicle issues, however I would stay away from Roberts..

[1st Review I ever left on the internet] Do NOT go here they are greedy and will rip you off. Changed break pads which is. $150 job for $1200 on my fiances vehicle. They also charged her. $900 labor for a part that cost $100 . After fixing that part they created another problem for the car.(Oil Leak) It never had that problem until we took it to Roberts. They are selfish and will rip you off. There are better places to take your vehicle in the area. Wish you the best of luck.Services: Oil change
