My check engine light has been on for so long and they fixed it in a day! Bill and Pete called me every step of the way and have the best prices! They even took my car to admissions for me and made sure it passed!
I’m a young girl and I know nothing about cars, which they knew, but they didn’t take advantage of me. I trust them with my car!

On Friday 12/1/2023 I purchased a set of four new tires from Roberts Tire and Auto. When I picked up my Jeep that evening I didn't make it more than 2 miles from Roberts before my Jeep collapsed underneath me while driving due to the front driver's side wheel falling off. Due to the negligent manner in which this shop is operated I suggest you look elsewhere for even the most basic of services. I am thankful that there was no one nearby that could have been injured or killed due to Roberts Tire and Auto's carelessness. The shop refuses to cover a rental vehicle. They have refused to pay for a more reputable shop to inspect the Jeep for damage and they have refused my request to discount the original service. If you value the safety of those around you or yourself - stay away from this business.

I'm not surprised to see all of the bad reviews on this place as I just had a horrible experience here as well. I brought my company truck here and asked if they can do repairs through enterprise fleet services and I was told yes no problem and that they have done them before. Unfortunately, this was not the case, they did not know the process and asked me to reach out to enterprise which I did and was told that they are NOT approved to do enterprise fleet repairs. The owner said either way he will be charging me $75 for taking a look at it and I argued the point that they had the truck there under false pretenses as I would have never left the truck there in the first place if they were truthful on the fact that they cannot do enterprise repairs or knew what they were talking about and he said you will give me the $75 or you won't get your truck back and then hung up the phone. I should have known that this place wasn't a great place to go to as it was completely empty when I went there and customer service did not exsisit at this location at all. I will read the reviews from now on before I frequent a new location as this experience and place was a complete joke.

My car wouldn't pass emmissions. Went to my dealer, got a quote for $1100. Roberts found the problem, and repaired it for under $300. Passed !Service: General repairs & maintenance
