I can't truly give you a fair rating here I took a friend there and they shopped I didn't. They could not find what they were looking for but, did purchased something. He said the prices are about the same as where he usually shops. His experience was good.

Nothing bad about the store, folks very helpful. However the construction on the street nearby makes it horrible to get to and even harder to get out of the parking lot.

If I could give this place more stars I would. I have a very picky eater. Tried so many things and didn’t work. I then met Eileen who works there and told her my situation and helped me pick food that would work and that her picky eaters like. She went around the store showing me options and differences between each item. Thanks to her my dog is as happy as can be and loves the food she recommended. I couldn’t thank her enough! She deserves a raise because she knows her stuff ?

We brought in our senior Scottish Terrier for the first time. Ally spent time getting to know him & I said, “just do the best you can”. She did a wonderful job, he looked great and finished quickly, he didn’t spend a lot of time in a crate waiting. Will definitely return.

They have a small selection of fresh water fish but seem to be healthy. The person that helped me was very nice. I picked up a few fish. So far so good.

Went to pick up super worms for our bearded dragon, my kids counted the worms in the 50 count and there were 46. We certainly should not be getting less than we pay for today wih the current inflation rates. First associate sad it was an outside supplier that provides for them. Store manager said if I drove all the way back she would replace them. Frustrated I should have to do that. There should always be at least the amount you pay for I think we can all agree on that.

Never had a bad experience at this pet supplies plus. The groomers were very gentle, patient, and caring with my dog. My dog is very fearful and I appreciate the way they interacted with my dog. We will be coming back for more nail trims!
