“Ive been going here for years and have never had such a pleasant experience as I did today ! I don't know if it is new ownership but it looks like all new staff who were so fricken amazing ! Their pos system was down today but the store manager took care of everything with no problem. I also came here after going to the social security office so I was very shaken and the girl who did my oil change was so nice and explained every step to me which has never once been my experience here before ! “I can't say enough about the customer service I received in buying a new truck from Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. Tom Keane was the best car salesperson that I have ever dealt with. After texting and talking with him on the phone, I drove 4 hours to the dealership, not knowing really what to expect when I got there being an out-of-state buyer. But Tom was friendly, courteous, and did everything he could to make me comfortable in what is sometimes a difficult situation. I received a fair deal and Tom answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained every part of the transaction. Once the deal was done, he spent the extra time to go over all the tech features in the truck with me and answer all of my questions about the truck. This was the best car buying experience I have had in 45 years of buying vehicles. It's too bad the dealership if so far from me, because I would definitely go back there to buy my next vehicle. If you go to purchase a new Chevy from this dealership ask for Tom Keane, he'll treat you right. And I'm Very Pleased with my New Truck.”
