“When I discovered I had a flat, I first called the place where I’d bought this discount tire. Not at all encouraged by the “bring it in, we’ll get to it, after our other appointments” - I called the guys I trust. I was SO HAPPY when Dave answered my call. I was even MORE DELIGHTED when he was able to tell me (in less than 20 minutes, I think), that there was nothing wrong with the tire (phew!), but the tire stem had gone bad. It was fixed in about 45 minutes total, and the cost was small enough for me to pay cash. I couldn’t recommend a small business any more highly: it you need or have an issue with your tires, DE RE TIRES in Orland Hills IS THE PLACE TO GO. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I went to motor Techs of orland park because I broke off a spark plug in my cylinder. Not having any options anywhere else, motors techs took me in right away, and not only got it out, but did it immediately after I told them it was my only car and that I had to have it fixed as soon as possible. Not only did they fix that problem but found and fixed several other problems that were found at no charge. I have never been treated so kindly and comforted at a body shop before like I was at motor Techs. I really screwed up my car and motor Techs made me feel like it was gonna get fixed no matter what. I suggest everyone take your car to motor Techs if you want a honest, professional, reliable mechanic. Today, I just found a hidden gem in mechanic shops, and now I can share with the world how great motor Techs of orland park really is!!!! Thank you Motor Techs for being there for me, your the best!”

There was a young motivated staff that clearly explained everything and did all of the vehicle checks that should go with a Jiffy Lube oil change, but does not often happen. I highly recommend this location!”

“I can't say enough about the customer service I received in buying a new truck from Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. Tom Keane was the best car salesperson that I have ever dealt with. After texting and talking with him on the phone, I drove 4 hours to the dealership, not knowing really what to expect when I got there being an out-of-state buyer. But Tom was friendly, courteous, and did everything he could to make me comfortable in what is sometimes a difficult situation. I received a fair deal and Tom answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained every part of the transaction. Once the deal was done, he spent the extra time to go over all the tech features in the truck with me and answer all of my questions about the truck. This was the best car buying experience I have had in 45 years of buying vehicles. It's too bad the dealership if so far from me, because I would definitely go back there to buy my next vehicle. “This place has gone downhill since my last visit. The entrance to the customer waiting area is an accident waiting to happen. The price has increased significantly used to be right around 60 now more like 90. Would recommend management clean up the entrance to the waiting area before an elderly person or a kid slips or steps on something and is injured. Maybe empty the trash in the waiting area for a 90 oil change I would expect much better”
“My Jeep Wrangler wouldn't start. I thought it was an issue with my alternator. I went in and spoke with the Asst Manager (Matt). I shared I might have the above issue. He did some research on the price and gave me an itemized detail on price that came to $1100.00. I had my Jeep towed to Jiffy at which time the Store Manager (Bill) came out to greet me. He asked me to describe what the issues are. After doing so he said it sounds like the Battery. After conducting a test, it was the 7 year old battery. Safe to say I could have been an easy target. Yet an honest business found the problem and the final cost was $325.00. Thank you 2 guys for your professionalism and saving me almost $800.00.”

“I have been using the car wash and oil change place for years now. I have brought every vehicle I own here for an oil change. My cars under warranty get the recommended oil to not void my warranty and I have even brought my commercial trucks here for service. Sean and Ryan’s crew do an amazing job checking all the filters and tires and looking for anything that might cause you future issues. Honestly the dealership doesn’t do as good of checking. After a dealership oil change I brought the car in for a check up and found out my air filter was clogged and that was causing one of my issues.
This place isn’t just some 5 min oil change place that’s one and done service. I would highly recommend them just to try out and I’m sure you will find the same results as I did.”
