“I used to go to another TMobile location but they were always busy. So I decided to try this Homer Glen Store. Best thing I've ever done. The store manager Sam is super helpful. Recently I dealt with Mo and Aman (sp) who were both super nice and patient. I'm very happy with this TMobile Store and would recommend it to everyone.”

“I needed to get a new phone . I was able to get an upgrade. Islam Elgar was extremely patient and helpful. I also noticed he was really patient with the person before me. He made this very easy. It took about 1 hr for my data to transfer. He recommended me doing some errands and it would be done in about an hour. I did and it was all set. Highly recommend him and this location. I went to Lockport and the employees didn’t show up at that location so I went to Lemont. Both employees were great at Lemont. Thanks Islam”

We dealt mainly with Zach and he patiently ran the numbers about 3 different ways before we all agreed to the best plan, and there was no question that he could not answer. “The best customer service center in the area. Happy to resolve the billing issues for us. However, parking for elderly customers that can't walk very far is a problem. It appears to be poorly designed by the development company. And did not appear to have any handicap parking at the front of the building.”
“My experience at new Lenox Verizon was much better than in Joliet. Finally they had a deal for Long term customers that was equivalent to that for new ones. Got a new samsung s24 ultra which has awesome camera.”
“I went in at 10:15 to upgrade my phone. The guy who helped me ran the card on file instead of using the one I gave him. This is after I told him not to. He refused to see his mistake saying he didn’t. It wasn’t until I showed him on my mobile banking app that he apologized but said he couldn’t fix his mistake. I’m giving this place four stars because Tachi stepped in to assist and made everything better for me. She was apologetic, patient and very helpful. She also kept the line moving while multitasking with me. There were only two people working and she was on it. She assisted so many customers and me while the gentleman who helped me was with a customer for an hour. She is a true gem to this location. I really appreciated her today. I left at 12p but because of her I wasn’t upset anymore. Great customer service Tachi!!!!”
“I visited this store (Orland Park, Il) a few days ago to have data transferred from an old phone. I was immediately greeted by Xavier. He took care of my problem very quickly. I had a string of questions regarding a new phone that he answered. I was very pleased with the service at this location. I drove pass two Verizon stores to come here and I will make this my go-to store. Staff were very friendly and have great expertise.”
