Couldn't be happier with the whole crew. From the people at the front desk to the techs explaining what's going on. Bought a set of Toyo AT3s, had a legitimate issue that was resolved in a manner that I honestly didn't believe. I even had to call later in the day to give them props for how awesome they are.

I had a flat tire due to a screw lodged in my rear passenger tire. I took my Honda CRV to the Discount Tire store in Homer Glen and received such wonderful, professional and fast service that I had to submit this 5 star review! They not only removed the screw and patched the tire but also rotated and balanced my tires for free! I will definitely use them in the future for all my tire needs! Thanks Discount Tire!

I was visiting my mom from out of town. She had a nail in her tire (apparently two) and the place where she bought them (Robert's Auto) told her it would be a week before they could get her in and wanted to charge her $40. Being elderly, she was concerned it would go flat before it could be taken care. I called Discount Tires (14011 S Bell Rd, Orland Park, IL) location to see if they could do something for her. I don't know if it mattered but I mentioned my family back in NV has been decades old customers! The guy on the phone said it was no problem and free! They squeezed her that morning and had the car ready three hours before they estimated. Anabel was extraordinarily courteous and took care of her safety! We picked up the car up around closing time. Drove it to the grocery store to notice the same nail we took it in for. Again Anabel took care of us, 20 mins after closing time, explaining the nail they took out was the driver front side!! Yikes- two nails! They looked at the second nail, back right passenger side, and was able to determine it didn't puncture the tire. My mom drove off safely, and also as a future customer! I am very grateful for the sense of urgency and kindness this location showed a non-customer!

Never been to Discount Tire before. Needed to replace rims and tires on my vehicle so I called in looking for available options. They didn't have the rims i needed but were able to order them in a span of 24hrs! Then next day they installed the new wheels in 40min, which is great! All of this at a really good price.
Had the pleasure of being helped by Dennis, Matt, and Scott. All of them were informative, professional, courteous, and helpful.
They took full care of me!
Had a great experience here and will definitely be recommending Discount Tire to others.

Came in cause Michelin had a recall which is supposed to cover cost of replacement of all 4 tires but this location charged me $250 in taxes to do the swap. Why do i have to eat the tax? Shouldn't it be covered by someone, i.e the branch or michelin but no I guess me.. lol
So let me install an air conditioner for you find out years later that it may be bad, I cover the ac but you have to pay the labor and tax lol

I had tires put on about a week ago. The first day I noticed the tires didnt seem right, they had a slight bounce to them while driving . The next day walking to my truck I noticed a metal object sticking out of my fender. To my suprise it was a brand new wheel weight that the store apparently never clamped down. I went back to the store. There solution to this issue was to do another balance and apparently all 4 tires were out of balance.
Would not recommend!!!

I asked for duplicate tires on my car but they put different ones on and I returned Matt the store manager got me in write away and made everything good he even discounted the tires they put on I recommend this discount tire for their professional approach on handling their mistake.

This location is our family’s go to for any wheel/tire needs. They are always very transparent and genuinely go out of their way to help. I’ve had tires patched here for no charge and tires replaced for very reasonable prices. I am thankful for the kindness of the individuals who work here. Thank you so much ❤️

great place overall. have had some issues before but managers have always taken care of things.
