The worst insurance agent and office we have ever worked with. Non responsive, never picks up his phone and when we’ve had issues literally gone to his office and lights are off and no one present. Useless.

My Parents were with allstate since they were married back in the 1960"s. Dan became their agent I think going back 20 years and he became my agent about that time. Dan has always been very helpful when I needed advice or when I have questions about my policy. I would recommend him.

The most unhelpful insurance agent I have dealt with in the 20 years I have worked with Allstate. Did not try to help in any way to lower my rates and then when I canceled he sent the check to my mortgage company and it was lost in the mail. Very unprofessional on phone calls as well.
