Was told place is good, took my car in for work through insurance, they fixed it but 2 parts popped out took it back fixed it than it happened again took it back and they got new part but had to set up time to bring it back. Finally fixed right. Not so fast, had drivers side door window opened a little got out and shut bad rattle in door. I don’t want to even take it back again , plus things I technically can proved they did it but don’t remember them there before. I understand the part, after market but just the attitude and me wasting my time 4 times. Losing time at work and the hassle back and forth. Plus I had them do another part that I paid extra for and they charged me to take half a bumper off when they got paid to do it by insurance already

They repaired the big dent on my rear passenger side door which is no easy thing to do considering the door needed to be replaced and new components with the artesian paint job. The job took a bit longer which is totally understandable. When it was done, I was traveling on business and they were accommodating by allowing a family member to pay and pick it up. I highly recommend Bump and Grind!

I was rear-ended .the responsible insurance company said that they were not going to pay for the front-end scrape incured when I tapped the medium. I was plesenty surprised when my wife picked up the car and the front-end scrape was buffed out. These guys went above and beyond. Thank you so much. I will recommend and continue to go to your shop.

they kept my car for literally 2 months before they even STARTED on it. dont use unless you have hella rental money to burn
