For the record, the reason that they don't answer the phone it's because they no longer have a receptionist since BMO took over this location. Also, because online banking exists now and you can do almost everything either online or calling their national number. If you need more help than that, then go in person ?
Claude is the best banker I've ever worked with and it's extremely helpful and kind. Don't let these reviews get to you... their staff is very competent, friendly, and good at what they do.

this location has definitely gone down hill since I have been a customer , I went yesterday to deposit $12 into the far atm , after putting my card in and inserting the cash , the atm decided it was not going to accept my cash and spit out just my $7 which was in singles — kept the $5 ….I sat in front of the atm and tried calling the branch and of course no answer so went inside - told the teller after waiting in line for about 10 mins and she just took my $7 and deposited it … I said what about my $5 ? She told me to talk to a banker , say down , waited again … this guy didn’t even get up to come to the seats , he sat in his corner desk and asked if I needed any help / like seriously , you lazy . Told him the situation , didn’t take my name number or any info . Will never go to this location again .

Rather than have a greeter sit by the door and look at their phone, how about having someone answer the phone? No one answers the phone of the bank! This is not just every so often, this is essentially all the time. If I did not like the tellers, I would have left years ago. The bank has responded to many comments about their not answering the phone, and they consistently mention that they will refer this concern to the team. I do not believe it for one second as nothing has changed in YEARS. They simply do not see answering the phone as part of the customer service they provide.

Seniors beware of their sales tactics. If you have an older loved one who banks here, RUN. I've had several incidents over the last 14 months with the incompetency and smooth talk they do for my mom, who is handling finances for the first time after my dad passed. Sure they are sweet and say they care... but they care about their pockets and stuffing vs. the well being of seniors.

If i could give ZERO stars I would!! Bank is horrible...no follow-thru... never answer the phone... they could probably care less!! So done with this bank and moving on! FRUSTRATED!!!

Worst bank ever. Have spent three days trying to get someone to answer phone. Absolutely no customer service. This is not the first time I have had this experience. Actively looking for new bank that actually picks up a phone

Looked up phone number so I could ask a quick question, but like everyone said in the review - they don't answer the phone. EVER. You think after so many complaints they would address the problem, but they have not. I assume I can come in and get something notarized since I bank there ... but it would be nice to know before I drive there. If you haven't selected this bank yet - look further, you'll be sorry! This isn't my first issue. Always want to change banks but it's such a hassle. And they know it....
