Kind of crazy how one of their tellers convinced me to pay off a balance from five years ago (a balance that would've been wiped from my record in a few months) under false pretenses (telling me I'd be able to open a new account after paying). I'm then told that their risk department is refusing me an account. Impossible to get ANYONE on the phone, they don't return voicemails, and they clearly aren't up to date on what their actual protocols are. Thanks for staying uncommunicative and robbing me! :)

Will be taking my two accounts out and will be redirecting my direct deposit account also. Used to be a great bank years ago, it has gone SO down hill. BYE-BYE!!!!

This location is ABSOLUTELY the worst. Why pay someone to answer the phone as a bank associate, and the only thing they can tell you is “I’m not sure,” “just try and keep calling back for a few days,” “yea, like my coworker and I really don’t know.” Talk about pathetic! If you’re looking to get an issue resolved, or talk to someone with 2 connected brain cells- save yourself the time!

The Bank of America branch on 143rd & Bell rd in Homer Glen has to be the laziest bank I’ve ever used. I do NOT RECOMMEND.Recently was torn down and rebuilt even smaller. They have the worst business hours possible by any bank in suburbs. Good luck utilizing the bank if you work regular works. They only operate mon-fri 10am-4pm.Useless business hours. Slow service. Not a business that supports working locals

came here to change accounts, forgot 2 forms of ID and had been told to come back on friday, when we came back, they told us we needed an appointment. no one ever told us to make an appointment to see someone they just told us to come back like ???? lowkey this bank is so unprofessional

This is the worst BOA location I have ever visited. People are slow, rude to customers and have banking equipment that does not work. Two days in a row I came here to get something done without resolution. I had all documents and IDs required and they could not authenticate who I am because their internet timed out and I was told I needed to come back in an hour. If there was zero star option, this place definitely deserves it.
