Ran by a bunch of incompetent employees, who you have to repeat your request to numerous times, who will then reiterate the improper request you were making to refuse doing their job. Came there to do some changes on my account, they told I need to make appt next day, we made an appointment. Came in on my time the associate was on the phone busy, waited 15min till he will finish the call. Will be taking my two accounts out and will be redirecting my direct deposit account also. Used to be a great bank years ago, it has gone SO down hill. BYE-BYE!!!!
