“They repaired the big dent on my rear passenger side door which is no easy thing to do considering the door needed to be replaced and new components with the artesian paint job. The job took a bit longer which is totally understandable. When it was done, I was traveling on business and they were accommodating by allowing a family member to pay and pick it up. I highly recommend Bump and Grind!”

“My go to for a fast oil change. I was disappointed 3 months ago but stopped yesterday to give them another chance. I'm guessing they got a new manager... service was better, change "sticker" was better and oil change light was reset correctly. Something changed, for the better.”
“Have been coming here for years. I have always been treated well and have had no issues with my car or my kids cars. Once, I was even given a quote for a repair and when I went to pick the car up, they said the part was actually cheaper and saved me $$. I don't think many garages would bother and just pocket the money. As a matter of fact, dropping my son's car off tomorrow for new tires. They were more reasonable than even Discount Tires. 5 stars from me!”

“I trust the workers at this location, but not at many other Firestone locations that I've used in the past, particularly on Archer near Central Ave. in Chicago. Frank, the Assistant Manager in Homer Glen is always very kind and helpful. He explains everything and doesn't make me feel like I'm being upcharged or persuaded to have unnecessary work done. (On this visit though, grease was left all over inside of my driver's door by technician, which I felt was very careless. I did not see it until pulling away.)”
