Arrived at the store at 10:35am. Door was locked and lights were off. So I decided to call the store maybe the associate was in the back room or bathroom. I got connected central calling. I asked if the store was open. She looked up the store and said yes the associate punched in at 9:30. I told her lights were off and the door was locked. She said "oh Laura must be running late. My response was how can she be running late if she clocked in at 9:30? She replied I meant running late preparing the store for open. Just said ok thanks for your help. Sounds like Laura is running errands on company time. Our future.

Tasha is absolutely amazing. My husband had many issues with opening a new line, customer service over the phone was awful, Tasha was phenomenal at dealing with a bad situation.There is no other AT&T store we will be going to.

Recently upgraded my iPhone and Tasha, who is the store manager, was #1! She navigated between myself and another customer who was upgrading and she handled it all perfectly. I would recommend this location any time because of Tasha.

I never leave reviews but I am BEYOND frustrated with this AT&T store. I did an online order at this location, I set up a trade in offer that was $0 a month with eligible trade in. When I entered my current phone details my phone was eligible. I went to pick up my new phone and they told me I was good to go. A day later I got a text that my order wasn’t picked up, thought it was weird but carried on my day trusting that the employee who helped me knew how to do their job. Then we started getting phone calls from the store manager at this location saying that I was going to be charged full price for my phone if I did not call back. I called back and spoke to the manager she seemed nice and like she would be able to help resolve this situation. The store hours are super inconvenient for people who work, but my mother had a day off and was able to make it to this location to try to fix the issue. Too bad they were unable to help and they are now saying that the new phone is $22 a month and that there was never any offer for a trade in that would be $0 a month with the phone I had. So now because of an employee mistake I am being charged for a phone that I was not supposed to be charged for. To top it all off, when I hurried home to make it in before closing to get help and figure out what is going on I got to the store and they closed early. Doors were locked and 2 employees were just sitting chatting. I work in retail myself, we never lock the doors early, and if there’s a customer in the store past closing we help them. I find it ridiculous that AT&T allows this and pays people to not help customers.

Marbella helped me get my new upgrade the 14 pro max and I was so blessed to have found the last one thanks to her! She helped me and guided me through the process of turning in my old 11 for the new one and it was so easy and not much of a hassle compared to to other AT&T stores in the city they always give me a hard time. I appreciate the time and effort she put into me and would like her to be recognized officially by the company as a wonderful manager she is. I recommend everyone this store and to come with Marbella as well. Thank you

If you go to this location make sure that you deal with the young gentleman and not the young Hispanic female. She will greet you with an attitude it almost seems like she doesn’t want to work. She clearly had an attitude from the moment we walked in the door. I asked her a simple question of approx how long it would take to upgrade 3 phones and she looked at me and said “ i have to make sure you qualify” like i couldn't afford the phone or something. Not sure why she treated me like such trash but i wouldn't recommend going to this store if she is there. Better off going to the corporate store located on lagrange rd in orland park.

If i could give a zero star to this location I would, terrible customer service. Only one guy working there, they made a major mistake and wouldn't do anything to to credit my account or try and fix the sales mans mess up. No manager in this building, managers are impossible to get a hold of. Avoid this location to save yourself the time money and headache.
