Super disappointed at the lack of communication from this shop. Still awaiting an email response and it's been more then a week! Visited for the first time on January 2nd and purchased a Flying Monkey disposable that stopped working a few days later. I was asked in the shop to only open and test the e-cigarette that I also purchased by Esco Bar but was not advised to open and test the FM disposable. I thought the two gentleman who I spoke to were great but the lack of follow up is a bit concerning. I even tried to chat with the shop about a week before going to visit and never had received anything back.. I paid about $30 for just the one disposable Flying Monkey and for that much why did it malfunction? There is still plenty of product in there too so I'm super confused and really disappointed. I've not spoken with the bank yet to dispute the charges as I wanted to discuss with the shop first to see if a new device could be offered or maybe a partial refund.. hate to leave a review but felt it's the only way to get the owner or mangers attention.. Please advise. Thank you.

Ordered online from them best prices I'll be ordering again. Shipment did come really late was supposed 2 be here last Friday but not zees fault was usps. Very well packaged marked it as fragile legit 710sci glass ? loving it. Thanks zee's smoke shop! I'd like 2 add usps has gotten rid of first class mail it's all ground advantage now seems 2 take longer sometimes like hit or miss sometimes its 5 days sometimes 10 or 15 so lol not these merchants fault.

Love for their online retail abounds, and I have nothing to detract, so I'll skip to the actual store, which is worth a visit (especially for a city slicker like me). Parking is easy, the store is laid out well, the displays are exciting, the clerk was friendly and helpful, and hot dog am I glad they're there. Will be back for sure!

The best smoke shop hands down! Their owner absolutely knows the glass game. I had a glass piece that broke which I had recently bought from them and they are getting me all taken care of, they have the best customer service as well!

FAKE INVENTORY! These guys took my money plus extra for expedited shipping then days go by and the package hasn't moved. I call the shop directly and am told "oh yeah I think theyre on back order It shouldve came in but didnt so Idk" which I said to clarify You just took my money, didnt update your inventory before and after finding out you've run out of the products you advertised AND THEN didnt send an email or anything to try and fix the order and push it out? The answer I got? " uhhhhhhh yeah? Should I cancel it then?"Unbelievably unprofessional. I literally work the same style job in a warehouse and i can adjust the store page while take a dump at home so their excuse is to just take your money and figure it out afterUpdate to the response: I only canceled after 48 hours because your employees told me they will not know when they are getting the product I ordered so I said please refund me and then hung up. For you to continue to blame me for your own ineptitude is just hilarious, being courteous about a mistake goes a long a way. I know this because I run customer service for the second largest online distributor of hookah products in the United States so I know for a fact how hard it is to manage more than 4,000 items and I do it single-handedly so how hard is it for you after 48 hours to go hey I don't have the product you ordered? You didn't I know because your employee told me you received your shipment on Wednesday and it wasn't there after which I ordered so you knew for 48 hours that you could not complete the order and you didn't make a single move to fix it it wasn't until I decided that I had waited long enough with no updates to reach out to you. And please stop bombarding my texts with paragraphs.

Danny has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything I was asking about and also some concerns I had for a product that I purchased for a family member. He is extremely professional and very fast with responding, very reliable. Excellent customer care and service. Zee’s is the best spot to get your glass from. Nicki is extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable when I had questions. I truly appreciate her customer service; she is wonderful! The store is extremely organized as well and they have a great selection.

First order from them was shipped quickly but USPS took their time on delivering it. My next order was for a pre-order. I called the shop to ask for upgrading shipping in order to receive it in time for an event. I explained that USPS took the full 5 days last time, so the associate said he would mention that to the owner as to why I wanted to upgrade on local shipping. I unexpectedly received an email the next day telling me that my order had been shipped out (several days before the pre-order ship date). I obviously received it on time and will now be a lifelong customer.

I'm conflicted because I like this shop, but I keep posting a negative review of an item I bought because I legitimately think it's not worth the price and doesn't work as well as advertised. The owner keeps "reviewing" my review and not posting it. Things like that make me dislike the way they run their business. Let's not even talk about their unreasonable shipping. I feel like people aren't going to get an honest review of their products now. It just makes it harder for someone to make an informed decision.

I ordered a Puffco Gaurdian Peak pro. Unfortunately the USPS had other plans for my package ?. I paid for the 2 day shipping and contacted customer service after not getting updates after 5 days. Danny IMMEDIATELY called me about my order, and took full responsibility and refunded me the shipping. About 4 days later and still no update from USPS... I contacted Danny once again. He apologized for the inconvenience and actually shipped out another Puffco the same day! Hoping this one will show up. And if 2 show up, I've agreed to ship one of them back. These guys are legit ?

Absolutely awful customer service. They sent me a puffco peak atomizer that didn't work, unlike any other company I've ordered from who will help replace a part they sent you that doesn't functiom from the start, they told me I had to contact puffco to file a wrranty claim. What a joke. Terrible company, don't order from them

Great company, quality products, & fast shipping.I ordered a Puffco Travel Glass & a few other small items & everything was shipped & had arrived within 4-5 days after ordering.Not only that but the products were packaged extremely well & discreetly.I’ll definitely be ordering more from their site very soon!Hope this helps

Stopped in yesterday for the first time. The 3 employees were very friendly and accommodating. Store was clean and well stocked with fair prices. Ended up buying a new rig and a few accessories. Highly recommend, would come and shop again.

Ordered online and am very happy with purchase and the customer service. I was having issues with my card on their website, and they were able to reach out and assist me. I was really pleased with how fast everything was shipped. Def would recommend this shop.
