Had a random issue with my car that was hard to identify due to it being so intermittent. Paul and Juan were very patient and determined to fix it and I can confidently say they are the best. Can’t thank them enough and its this type of people that build an outstanding customer experience.

We visited this past weekend to see a used car from a non-Nissan company. Everyone was welcoming, didn't pressure us, and both our Salesman (Ali) and Used Car Sales Manager were easy to work with. They took their time to listen to what we were looking for, and ensured not to rush us, even with the dealership closing time approaching. We made a fair deal that everyone was comfortable with. We recommend others check out this dealership - this is how car shopping should be!

Bought my car from Nissan 8 months ago! They claimed that everything was working fine, inspected and cleaned.
My car broke down on Friday. Had a check engine light that wouldn’t go away.
Took it in to get it serviced, and the first thing I was told by Miguel is that the diagnostic will be $190! After saying I’m walking away, they gave me a discount for $120… which means they are just overcharging people.
Got the car inspected in half hour and told that I need a fuel pump, control arms, shocks, and other smaller repairs. Told it would be $2550…after telling them there is no way for me to pay it, the dealer told me that I can apply for a credit card. I declined. I asked him if he can be honest and tell me how much I can drive without this being fixed and he said that It’s not really a matter of time, but it’s dangerous and should not leave without getting this fixed. I went home and the next day called another small shop around my house. When the mechanic checked out my car, he allowed me to look at everything with him. He did not find the fuel pump to be cracked as told by Nissan. He found a small leak, in fact so small that all I’m doing is polluting the air. He did find my control arm to be broken. He also found something that Nissan did not, which was the exhaust pipe needed to be fixed. The private mechanic quoted me $409 to fix all the issues. Nissan claimed that everything was in good condition before I bought it, but when the private mechanic looked underneath my car, everything is rusty and eventually will have to be fixed! Nissan was definitely trying to scam me just because I’m a woman and they could tell me anything and I have to believe it. Even though I bought my car at Nissan, I will NEVER EVER go back there again for anything that has to do with my car. If this is how they do business with people, I want nothing to do with this rotten company!

I needed maintenance—a full transmission replacement. Not many ways around an expense like that. Paul at Woodfield Nissan treated me with much human respect and kindness. I could not ask for a better experience at a dealership. If you’ve ever bet been told not to bring your car in for maintenance at a dealership, reconsider because of Paul. Woodfield is real. Take it to Paul.
