Easy. Just easy. Scheduling the appointment on my phone was easy. The eye doctor was actually interested in what I said and gave great advice. The store associates were chill and let me pick out frames at my own speed. Staying with this store for the foreseeable future.

they made a mistake with my glasses and the manager ended up charging me $25 extra to fix it. i had already paid over $1000 for the glasses in the first place. seriously $1000 for 2 pairs of glasses and the manager wouldn’t even absorb $25 to fix the mistake!! very unfair and poor customer service . money grab first and customer service second.

Stay away from this location, the staff hates their job and Visionworks customers. I was treated poorly multiple times and my family will not return to this location.

I arrived about 10 minutes late to the appointment. The receptionist told me that, because I was late, I'd have to reschedule the appointment for another day. The store was empty. Clearly, my business was not desired. I got the message loud and clear.

Recently went to get my kids eye exam and get glasses if needed. My insurance gives us $175 to use towards glasses. This will come into play later. The Doctors here do a good job. However, you need to be on alert with the sales folks there. After the exam, I decided I wanted to get my kids some glasses with blue light blockers since they are on their computer and iPad a lot for homework and game. So they picked out some glasses nothing outrages overpriced. One picks up one frame for $129 and the other picked up one for $99. I figured insurance would cover all that for the frame. Total came out to just under $100 for the exam, prescription and frames. Didn't think anything about it until I went home and decided to check the invoice. The sales person apparently, rang up both frames for $199 each which left me to pay for the difference from the $175, which in turned made my out of pocket cost more expensive. Apparently, the sales staff get a commission on the glasses they sell. I wished I would have known that from the start. Watch out for this scam! This is the last time I'll be visiting VisionWorks.

Terrible service and lazy people. They cancelled our appointment for being 4 mins late. We have waited there for half hour in the past. Just terrible service and rude people.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Jennifer and she was absolutely great! She took time and explained to me the test throughout the appointment and listened to my concerns. My entire family has seen her for eye exams this year and we're very lucky to have her.

Visionworks called me today to confirm an appointment and whoever call me was very rude since the beginning of the call. I think she was getting mad because I was asking what was a fitting fee and if I can buy color contacts which she couldn’t answer. She said only the doctor could answer if I can wear color contacts and I told her that I have bought color contacts before. I just wanted to know if I was going to be able to buy color contacts before doing the eye exam. I don’t want to do an eye exam and pay and then tell me I can’t buy color contacts. This was favorite place to go to and I also take my daughter here but now I am totally disappointed whoever called me. Very rude and never try to help me out , another employee that just cares about herself. Get some who truly care about customers.
