“Hello Fez and especially you Dave.Jerry of the Chicago Ball Busters,which are friends of ours from Lombard and the Back to the '50s St. Paul car shows said I should look you all up to finish fixing up "Grumpy's Ride". Well I broke it bad and it had to be rent back and rewelded back together.Dave did a great job on realigning back where it should have been and corrected the front end ride height so I could put a jack under it once more AS WE WAITED.That alone was a miricle in more ways than one especially after I couldn't even find anyone to look at it both before and after the front end repairs were made.Now Grumpy's Ride is better than it ever was way back in 2009 when we first got it.Both Mrs. and Mr. Grumpy want to thank Jerry and everyone at Stan's Service,especially Dave that Jerry said I should talk to,for bringing our only toy we have left to have fun with in our old age.We were treated so nice by all on you and we will never forget this.John "Grumpy" and Elaine "Snow White".”

“Had concerns with my daughters 2007 Acura MDX suspension. Doug took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done to get this car back on the road safely with a comfortable ride. He ordered and installed a shock conversion kit along with some other parts and the car feels like a new ride. Doug made it point to make a follow up call to me a day later to see how I felt about the car. I really appreciated it and will not hesitate to contact Doug again for advice and vehicle repairs.”

“These guys are amazing! I was in town from Minneapolis to visit family and friends and work and ended up with a dead battery Friday afternoon on a 2020 car. I called K's on a friend's recommendation and spoke to Joe. Phones were ringing off the hook and they were fully booked but once I explained my situation he said "Go ahead and bring it in and we'll test your battery". I got a jump and hurried over. They had my car in to test within 10 min and battery replace in 30 minutes and sent me on my way, despite having more business than they could handle. Joe and Jonathan rock! “Domenick and John are standup guys. I brought my 65 Barracuda to them thinking the automatic trans was toast. They had the guy who specializes in older cars check the car out. Upon returning to pick the car up Domenick explained to me that they could not properly diagnose the trans problem accurately because the previous owner I bought the car from boogered up the Lokar kickdown cable. It was hooked to the trans correctly but the carb hookup was done wrong and the cable did not work. Turned out part of the problem was the carb was the wrong type. Domenick actually showed me how this kickdown cable should operate and showed me why it didn't work. After getting the car home I fabbed up a linkage extension, hooked the cable up, made a couple of adjustments, and the trans works. Went in with terrible forward gears to hooking this cable up and now having great forward gears and passing kickdown. So...I did not need the trans after all. This could have been a costly repair but Domenick took the time to explain the problem to me at no charge and my fab work cost about 3 bucks. How many trans shops would have just tossed a new trans in the car, no explanation until the new trans didn't work right and charge more for the stuff I did. The guys at Affordable are honest and helpful guys who run and honest business. If you need your car worked on this is the place to go and these are the guys you want working on your car. Thank you guys, you are awesome!@”
“Daniel is a dedicated mechanic, he will give good advice and will repair quickly, relatively cheaply compared to other workshops. He has already repaired 2 of my cars and I am satisfied. I recommend Daniel to everyone, he is always nice and smiling, you can trust him with your cars. He does not charge for replacing parts that are good, as other workshops do. I paid about $450 for replacing 2 tires and shock absorbers, and another workshop told me $1,200 because they proposed replacing several other parts.”

“I had a piece of plastic, possibly a cover or protective piece on the underside of my vehicle hanging down and dragging along the road, I stopped by the dealership on Golf Road but of course they were busy. I brought it down the street to Abby, and Chris briefly paused his current job to roll my car on the rack and fix it, and he didn't charge me for it. Easy fix, I wasn't there even for 15 minutes, but I appreciate the willingness to address it right away. Love the family business level of customer service. Better than dealerships and franchises. A+”
