βJust bought a pack of slim romeo y julieta cigars and I should have checked but I've never had a reason till now but they had tiny bugs in the container all them and they were ruined but I went back in today and the cashier replaced the bad pack with a good new one with no issueβ

βNeumann's is a great local B&M cigar retailer/lounge! They have a decent variety of brands and manufacturers. Their lounge is comfortable and air circulation has never been a problem!β
βOne of the great cigar lounges in the northwest suburbs. Chris was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flew in from Philly to find the shop open promptly at 10 a.m., just in time for an after breakfast Cigar. Happy to find all the National brands and my personal favorites in stock. A jovial and welcoming, regular group of guys who all know and greet each other, form a steady stream throughout the morning. The lounge is appointed with walls of properly maintained humidors. Furniture is comfy with seating plenty. Very clean restrooms! An unassuming and spacious getaway if you're coming from the airport. Nice restaurants also in the downtown area only a few blocks away.β
βI was asked for a good review but after getting a disposable that tasted like battery and being able to replace it with such ease, theyβve definitely earned the 5 stars in my book. Tried a different spot once before and ended up right back here so that should say enough.β
βMe and my friends were looking to chill and have great time. We found this newly opened hookah place which has great vibe. The stuff is very friendly and make the most amazing hookah. We also tired few of their food items which where delicious has well. Finally a great hookah place in suburbs after long time.β

βX Hale Hookah Lounge! Mannnn back in my college days this was the spot! We would hang out here to enjoy a good smoke session with the guys. One of the few places to go out to and enjoy some good music late at night in these small towns! Always had great service and good β

βAlways came to the drive-thru for cheap cigarettes, great folks. Came inside and realized they have cigars and couches. I'm a college student without too much money and always short on places to study. This place has been a lifesaver. The owner has been really chill about me just coming in, rolling my own cigarettes, and studying for hours. He even said I can bring a few beers for him to throw in the fridge if I just wanna hang out. Excellent spot for cheap cigs, e-cigs, pipes, the works!β

βGreat people that work here. They look out for best interest and even ask you to check the vapes you bought to make sure they work. If they do not they will immediately swap it out. Very diligent staff who keep the store clean. 10/10β

Would have never found it without google maps, you guys are hideing in the stripmall. I Recommend putting up more advertisement signs if possible.β

They were very helpful and kind. Showed us some great products and advised us on how to best use it. For someone who doesnβt smoke I was impressed by the knowledge they were spitting. I will be passing along there location to other friends.β

βNormally love these guys. Since they opened a warehouse to accommodate their online communities, I will return tomorrow to pick up my purchase, and never shop them again. Worst customer service I have ever gotten, no change in their register. Sad to see profits are more valued than local loyal customers.β
