They have the best service at this Hoffman location, the others do not serve you well and do not help you solve problems, if you come here Mike and his team are very good at their job!! I will always come here.

I went with my dad to replace his cell phone today and the experience I had was very uncomfortable. There was a young kid with bleached tips working along with someone who I believe was a manager. Tried to convince my dad to lease a new phone but my dad wanted to buy a phone in cash. As soon as he told the young man that he seemed uninterested in helping us. The manager helped at first and according to what they were saying right in front of me, he pretty much made him finish helping us like it was a chore and not his job. The entire time the kid seemed like he wanted to be done with us so he could do something else. I wont explain the entire encounter bc itd be too long. My dad asked his info be transferred to the new phone and he was tapping on the table and saying "come on" or "let's go" while the information was being transferred making it very clear he didn't want to be there. it took less than 10 mins. I also have tmobile on another acct and Now I know next time I will definitely go to a different location. The only reason why I said nothing was because my father asked me not to. But honestly I should've. Might've given him a lesson in humility to be called out to his face.

We came looking for a screen protector for a Samsung phone. All we got was a simple “We don’t have it.” We had to implore the employee to try and problem solve with us and after some goading he asked if we have a T-Mobile protection plan, and we said we did. So he said we could call customer care and order a new one. I don’t know if he could have helped us place a replacement order while we were actually there but we were irritated by now so we left. Disgruntled.

Imagine in the midst of mourning the lost of a loved one having to carry out their business of closing accounts and disconnecting services only to find the most inefficient, inept, non-caring people to breathe air working at Tmobile. Not only did I have to call multiple times to cancel service to be told that I have to wait 10 business days to receive a call back,(sounds like a billing scam to me) I also went into this location twice and each time was subpar service. Since I couldn't get anyone to actually call me back, I thought that returning the modem would help to cancel services.....only to be met by a snot of a woman tell me she could not accept the return because the power cord was not included in my return, "it's not worth getting written up for it." Ha. How about this: "I apologize that we did not contact you as promised and you have been at this for 2 months and counting. Let me get this taken care of for you. I will check with the manager on how to best return this device as our protocol requires the cord to be returned as well." Boom! Add me to your payroll.-Here you acknowledge that my frustration was with you not holding your end of the bargain, and hey check this out...problem solving skills come into play now....you get to use your brain to source out HOW to best assist a customer.This location is probably great if you will be a new customer because they focus on sales of new customers not current customers. Let's not forget I was not even greeted when I walked in the door and it wasn't until this snot overheard me and another customer talking about leaving that prompted her to even acknowledge we were there.Soooooo guess what happened....even after I said: "so you won't accept the modem because its missing the power cord? This is technology, in 3-6 months a newer model will be out so you won't take this modem which is the most costly between the two?" Welp...the modem is in the trash outside of this store. Do better Tmobile.

I felt very welcomed by the team at the store, its a nice environment, the Manager Alondra helped me fix all my problems and Veruska helped me with setting up my new decive!

Terrible service, I tried the free trial and they charged me $50 when I returned the equipment within the 14 day period, I went there to get the bill fixed and they told me that they couldn’t do anything because the account was already closed and we would have to go through corporate. Very rude employees

Worst in store customer service. Came here for help to connect 4 lines, simple, but was completely ignored and then the girl had the attitude like I was a bother!

I hope the manager of this store realizes how rude he is. What kind of customer service is he providing you ask? Only the worst. Worried more about the other customer than me, just because I was switching away from T-Mobile and needed help. Thank god I'm no longer going to be with T-Mobile because I wouldn't want to have to ever deal with their rude employees. This man didn't even end the conversation with me, as he ran to go stop the other customer from leaving and decided to strike up a conversation with him instead. I can't believe I even had the decency to say thank you when I walked out. THANKS FOR NOTHING BESIDES YOUR ATTITUDE

Rude and not helpful at all! There was NO ONE in the store and all she gave me were excuses and condescending looks and comments. This tmobile store does not help u if you were with sprint and the companies are merged now! Smh

We went to visit this store today and were considering changing carriers. We met with Marilyn & Victor. We could not have met two better people. Pleasant, personable and most of all very professional. Our questions were answered quickly and to the point. Prices were as advertised just like we found on the website prior to our visit. We made the decision right there to go ahead and move over to T-Mobile. Everything was done in short order, and we even left with an upgraded phone for my wife. Both Marilyn & Victor were outstanding and this store in particular is very much recommended. Great job folks & Happy Holidays!!!

It was 10th store I visited that day in order to buy tablet from stock and they had it and sold it. Kind and helpful assistant answered my call before I arrive and helped me with activation by the time I was there.

I wanted to trade in my iPhone 11 and upgrade to the iPhone 13. I went into this t mobile store and was greeted by the most helpful workers, who helped me pick the perfect plan and trade-in for me. I was able to join the t mobile family in a smooth and very helpful transition. Everyone in this store is amazing and truly care for their customers! I felt truly appreciated. Thank you all!
