Why would this place be sending an 86 yo dementia patient in FLORIDA covid tests with intimidating labels that read " By accepting this package, You acknowledge that you have Requested the covid home testing Kits. you here by accept receipt of dispatch is an authorized S& T MEDICAL GROUP to charge your providers for this account.should You be deemed ineligible, or otherwise, fail to corporate with Obtaining payment, you are still responsible in whole for the contents of this package"Yep, most questionable, punctuation & grammar. 1st indication of a scam.Can't wait to see how much Medicare is billed for this ! Multiple complaints filed.

Did not provide test results and there was no way to call a number. Very unprofessional. Wasted our time since we needed those results for school.

This place USED to be reliable. Not reliable anymore. Takes days to send back your test results and they don't even answer your calls anymore. They just put you on hold or hang up on you too sometimes.

I'm reporting this place. for mishandling my health information!!!!! I took 2 covid test at their hazel crest location on 1-7-22, and Matteson locations on 1-3-22, and was promised results in 48 hours and have not received results. I've been calling all numbers provided with no answer!!!! THEY ARE A FRAUD AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

Couldn't be easier! I've had to go twice and both times were excellent. I parked in a marked parking spot, called the number on the sign, she came out a minute later to swab me and then I was on my way back home.

One of my family member tested there and with in 15 hour we got results and they call me next day to confirm that we received results or not the lady who call she is Soo good I recommend to everyone go there and get tested they all are professional
