Did not provide test results and there was no way to call a number. Very unprofessional. Wasted our time since we needed those results for school.

This place USED to be reliable. Not reliable anymore. Takes days to send back your test results and they don't even answer your calls anymore. They just put you on hold or hang up on you too sometimes.

Never received my rapid or PCR test results . I attempted to call and the phone number is not working .
