Edit Jan-9-2021: Bumped up to 4 stars. I went back for another test in January. There was now hand sanitizer available at the stations and front counter. They appeared to be managing their appointments well as there was no crowd. They originally scheduled me for a rapid test and PCR but sent me a text later cancelling the PCR because the labs are backed up. This probably explains many of the negative reviews from folks not getting their test results after 3-5 days. The text stated they are allowing the labs finish their backlog of PCR tests before they continue to send them more.I visited back on Dec-12-2021 and did not experience any of the issues others had with receiving results. I received my rapid-test results via a text ~20 minutes later and the PCR test 4 days later via email. I scheduled via the app and they had my proper check-in information at the front counter.The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the facility itself. It's a wide-open empty room with 4 chairs on opposite sides of the room with no physical barriers between stations. Additionally, the stations were not sanitized between patients (3 other patients were tested while I was there). The pen used to sign your sample at the station was also re-used between patients without being sanitized.Aside from that, testing was efficient and the gentleman bringing the swabs was polite.

Had my test yesterday at 3:50...it's 9am and still no rapid results. While taking the test, a previous customer came in asking about his test results from days before and they had no answer for them. They said they are not responsible for the results once the rapid results are given. Another customer chimed in saying she never got hers either so they were redoing their family's tests. The website states each location has a number to call, but the worker said they did not even have a phone at their location. This is the worst. Save your time and go to another location.

Stay FAR away. They do not use their virtual check in at all - you'll wait outside for your turn until figuring out you're never getting called. Then you'll be made to wait inside, surrounded by very sick people. If you don't have Covid walking in, you probably will by the time you leave. It took 10 days to get results for the PCR test... and for some reason they were sent to and processed in California.

Easy to book same day appointment with Solv app. As long as you fill out your information and upload your drivers license and insurance card properly (front and back), it'll be fast.You'll be given a swab to test yourself.

I never received my results and and they charged my insurance anyway. Weeks later I was informed the lab they contracted with to do the testing was not able to actually complete the lab work and that I would not be getting results after all. TERRIBLE way to conduct such an important task.

Edit: went in to test, was told now I have to have an appointment due to allocating their resources. I looked past her, and there was no one there but me and two employees. So now I understand the poor reviews.I'm surprised by the poor reviews. I went there just before Thanksgiving and had my rapid results in 10 minutes. Fast in and out.

Quick and efficient testing site. Good team of individuals running this location for smooth process. Upfront about the increased PCR test turnaround time secondary to the holidays.

DO NOT USE THIS TESTING CENTER If YOU NEED PCR TESTING RESULTS! The phone number posted for this location is an automated answering machine. I found out by going to their website that they send the PCR test out to Nova Diagnostic Labs. At this time you cannot reach Nova Diagnostic Labs by phone.

Slow results. Hopefully you dont need results quickly since you will be waiting for your PCR test. Do not deliver results as they advertise. Runs like a federal government office!!

Horrible experience went for rapid test and PCR test the person helping me said you do not need insurance to get test, she asked me 3 times for my insurance info told her I was uneasy giving my info out to her after very loud yelling and screaming at her she stopped asking for my insurance card… finally only got rapid test would not recommend or go back there..
