“This is probably the best USPS location I have ever used. I am an online seller, ever since I start shipping from this branch, complaint about missing packages and delays had been reduced by a lot. The staffs are organized and helpful. It’s a small place and it gets busy but they do they best they can.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Gale on a package of mine that was having issues being shipped from my post office. She followed up with me everyday on updates and eventually got it worked out to be delivered. She was so great to work with, almost would'nt mind if another package was delayed going to her location! haha. Thanks again Gale!”

“Lovely staff always. I accidentally dropped off a package in the 24hr drop box with the wrong label on it. Oh no! I came in when the post office opened to hopefully correct my error. The staff member (I forgot her name) was kind enough to go through all the packages to find mine. There were a lot... I had shipped four separate items, and she got them all for me. I found the one with the wrong label, and was able to put the correct label on it. Then shipped it off! This was totally my mistake. So I greatly appreciate all the help I received. Thank you!”
“I've been going to this post office for 2 years and never had an issue with anyone that works there, or with my mail delivery. There's another review that says they got to the post of 2 minutes before closing, and the door was already locked. Well, maybe don't go anywhere 2 minutes before closing?There are several distinct personalities working there, like anywhere else. They were always polite and helpful to me, and everyone else I saw them interact with. In truth, they were more polite, patient, and tolerant than I would be. I could never deal with some of the people I've seen walk in there.To be honest, it's the other customers that annoy me. You know the type. They don't bother to finish wrapping up their packages at home BEFORE they go to the post office, and you have to stand there and wait for them to do things they should have done earlier. Also, I am a firm believer in the fact that there ARE stupid questions!In summary, I think this post office is good. At least, that has been my experience.”

“We are so thankful for this facility! We had another post office cancel our passport appointment an hour before. One call to this Lake Zurich location and Ivy was ready to help! They had an opening and saw us the same day. We can’t thank you enough. Processing was pleasant and photos were easy.”
“My apt has a broken mailbox -picked up my mail from post office asked if todays mail would be in there -he told me yes -got home, it wasn’t. Went back later in day to see if it was there. The supervisor was in the front so the man directed me to her since he didn’t want to check… SHE WAS THE BEST! Went above and beyond she called my mail lady to see if she had mail for me and she did -she took my number and is calling me when she gets there, I am beyond impressed. She could’ve brushed me off but made my day because I really need this piece of mail today va waiting til Monday! Thank you so much”

“I just went to this USPS location to mail my passport renewal and was assisted by Sheri who was extremely kind and helpful. She helped review my documents to make sure they were complete and walked me through what to expect with the renewal process. She made sure I was aware of my tracking number and how to obtain assistance if I need anything or have any issues. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this USPS location for your passport and mailing needs. Thanks, Sheri!”

“I've been to this location a few times and have always had a great experience. Everyone has always been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I think a lot of the bad reviews stem from people being frustrated and/or not having the most pleasant attitude. I feel like the respect and politeness I've shown to the workers has always been returned to me. Special thank you to Octavia for being so helpful on my most recent visit!”
“I’ve been taught that people do have time to write a review on Google when they are mad. Don’t rely on Google Reviews when you are in doubt where your package at. Mine still a normal time processing, within 24h. Anyway using usps for international shipping so this one still quite fast!”

“Not really sure of all the bad reviews. Never had a bad experience here. Today was the best. Made an appointment for by kids to get passports, or so I thought I did, the man that helped us was like, not a problem I'll do it. He told me where I forgot to hit confirm. He was so nice. Even the ladies working here seemed super nice and friendly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you Streamwood post office for making my kids first post office visit exceptional!”

“We had the best customer service at this location today for our passport appointment, which is solely what I am basing my review on. Denise was the one who helped us. She was very professional, efficient, and kind. She noticed that my passport photo (taken elsewhere) would likely not work and took a much better one for me. Did we have to wait for our appointment? Yes. But one look at the facility and it's easy to see why. The building is small, and the line is long. BOTH employees were hard at work the entire time and were courteous and patient. However, they are understaffed. The appointments take longer than what USPS says they will. These issues are not in the control of the employees at the front desk. To the employees...thank you for your hard work!”
“Ok look, All post offices are understaffed so that's the USPS for you. They all have only one person at the desk so do as much as you can ahead of time!! I think Teri is great! Just do your home work and come prepared and you will be in and out. People come unprepared and expect the staff to do everything for them. That may have worked in the past but THOSE DAYS ARE GONE! Go to Lake Zurich PO and wait 30 min and have them lose your package TOO!!”

“Jessica was FABULOUSLY helpful. I was worried about shipping a flute and she was so calm and quick to help me with a smile and patience explaining the different shipping options. If all postal workers were positive/cheerful/ready and helpful like her- so many people would find themselves walking out with a smile each time they went to USPS.? ???? 5 stars, because this is the best service I’ve ever received at any USPS.I don’t remember names easily, so I went back in to see her name tag as she helped someone else in line. I hope her boss knows what an asset she is to their facility- she had a warm welcome for everyone who passed through the door, as the sole front desk employee this Friday afternoon.THANK YOU TREMENDOUSLY JESSICA, for helping me get a package ? on its way to NJ. ??
