All went well amazing customer service and my issue was resolved Ken and Jeff where amazing in the service department. First time using the coffee machine and I can tell you it will not be the last. :)

Never had a better experience with getting my car serviced. Carlos Colon (Technician) was absolutely outstanding. He helped me out as best as he could and provided me with a very good experience. I HIGHLY recommend him if you are getting a service done at the Acura Dealer in Hoffman Estates! His customer service will be the reason I come back.

Had a great experience with Alex purchasing a used RDX. Everybody at the dealership were fantastic. I would highly recommend making this a stop if you're looking to purchase a new/used car and ask for Alex.

Took my car to get an oil change, the mechanic couldn’t drive it kept stalling my car after the 4th try finally got it.Car never leaked until got the oil changefeom Acura. went back said I had modified parts that effected the oil change they couldn’t do anything about it. plus stalled my car another 3 times that day.All that was missing was a simple gasket that i recommended.Talked to the mangers all very rude no customer service and didn’t even have my past inspections on my car that showed they scratched my rims. Cameras only do live feed they don’t record 24/7. 0 stars

I came in with the intention of looking at some of the new Acura models in person. Right as I walked in, CJ greeted me. Most salesmen are ridiculously pushy and uncomfortable to be around. CJ, on the other hand, was personable, professional, and made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions. CJ and manager Matt did a phenomenal job of listening to my questions and gave me time to think about the vehicle without shoving it down my throat. They exceeded all expectations. Special shoutout to Justin and Jeff for their phenomenal help throughout the entire process. Overall a clean and bright dealership with the friendliest staff you’ll come around.

I’ve purchase many cars from many different dealerships over the years, and I’ve never had such an amazing experience as I had with Lance Dailey at Muller Acura. Lance was not just there for me to answer questions in March 2021 prior to my lease, but all through out my 3 years he was there to answer questions with regards to lease end. Even at the very end, he helped close out my lease with a buy back. He definitely went out of his way to do things he really didn’t have to. Really impressed with Lance as well as this dealership. I’ve referred several people and they have nothing but glowing things to say as well. Thanks Lance and thanks Muller!

I know its BEYOND Cold in Chicago, however, no back window should ever pop out and shatter. I have a 2020 Acura RDX. I called and was told THIS IS NORMAL. But we need to see if it will be covered! Hmmm, this is not normal and especially for a semi-new car. Was told yea, bring it in and a Rep has to come and look and approve, if its not approved, it will be about $1,000. This is a defect, not weather. BTW, KIM is no longer there, so customer service will definitely go downhill.

I walked in today with the intention of buying a car. I sat down with one of the managers to check the prices. The manager treated me very poorly. I even asked him if he can print out the prices on a piece of paper and he said no I was trying to negotiate the price with him, and he kept saying he doesn’t care what other dealerships are selling the car, for this is one of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in a dealership I bought more than six cars this past year, and never had some thing as poor as this Customer Service, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I would highly suggest that you go somewhere else and save your time.

I wish to give them -0 not a professional dealer. Will ask you to give your trader almost for free so that they can make money on it. Then they won’t even contact you back once they know that you know how they run their business. Stay away from them.

I recently negotiated for a new Acura TLX. I spoke with CJ who was phenomenal to deal with. I found him honest, trustworthy and easy to talk to. I was originally going to get my new Acura from McGrath. CJ easily beat their deal. I told him on numerous occasions if there was even a minor discrepancy in what he said, I would walk away. Well, not only did he deliver what was promised, I had the good fortune that a trunk mat was included. I was impressed with his honesty and business acumen. Muller's was wonderful to deal with - efficient and valued my time as if it was their own. I highly recommend Muller's Acura in Schaumburg, especial CJ Juanico.

We worked with John M. on our pre-driven Acura MDX purchase. He was an excellent associate and a pleasure to work with. Everything was smooth and seamless from start to finish. Was not looking forward to buying a used vehicle BUT a spontaneous test drive at Muller's Acura and meeting a nice rep quickly changed my view of things.We were shopping for a used 2017-2019 compact SUV mid range price limit, nothing special. Muller's Acura rep Mark in person, via phone, text and e-mail was responsive, polite, patient, and not constantly asking about buying the vehicle. No stress or pushyness from him, Brian (the manager), and Barbara (financing) either.I went to many other dealers as Mullers was my first stop. I didn't get the same service, felt sketchy, saw underwhelming vehicles, had salespeople who didn't care about my midrange price limit. So I came back less than a week later to buy from Mark and the Mullers Acura team.The used SUV was in exceptional condition and maticulously cleaned and serviced, looks brand new, drives brand new. I took it to my mechanic got it inspected and they had no issues other than a squeaky seat, so I bought it.The next day, Mullers even replaced a bad fog light bulb without having an extended warranty.I can't guarantee you would get the same service but the little things are what I noticed and I highly recommend Muller's Acura and if you can get them Mark, Brian and Barbara.

Very poor quality service! Was waiting about 7-10 minutes for the employee first to come in and take care of me. Then when was picking up the car the cashier was not available. When she finally showed up she had very unpleasant voice and answered the phone call during the conversation with me. I took the paperwork, was going to leave the place then she called me back and told me that it was her copy and need to sign another form - she was still on the phone with someone. I told her that she should spend some time with me giving me the correct instructions she said she had a multiple tasks lol that was too much! Did not want to listen to me. So rude and unpleasant lady. I will never go back there again! Jennifer - you should not work at the customer service!!!

My wife and I worked with Lance Dailey and his team to purchase a new '24 Acura MDX. I've purchased cars from dealers for over 30 years, and none of these experiences come close to the professionalism, knowledge and customer service exhibited by Lance and Muller's Woodfield Acura. This is a top-notch organization -- from the showroom, to customer amenities, service, new car orientation and the financial side of the process. The communications, expectations management, follow-through and accuracy was un-erring. Lance and his team did everything they said they would do, and they made the process extremely easy and without friction. I can't recommend Lance and Muller's Woodfield Acura highly enough.
