“I’ve written maybe 5 reviews in my life, but this is one I HAVE to write. The Verizon Hoffman Estates location is the very best of the best! The manager, Jesse, knows his stuff! He’s helped us; he’s helped my elderly parents. We’ve added lines, changed phones, ported over numbers, you name it. He explains everything clearly: options, the steps we need to follow, and what to expect. He’s patient, kind, and fun to work with! His crew is so helpful, too. (Shout-out to Jacky!) With as much as we rely on cell phones, it’s essential to have someone to trust. Jesse is that someone and his store is that place.”

“Took my Mom in to replace her iPhone 13 with a 15. Only one person working on Sunday, and they were helping another customer, so asked us to come back in ~30 minutes. When we returned, a couple other folks had come in, but they honored our pace in line which was nice. The person helping us was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, and we were in and out with the new phone setup (including new case and screen protector) in about 25 minutes. Not a bad idea to make an appointment before you come in, but definitely recommend this store”

“I came in this evening to pick up my new phone and to have everything transferred. The store manager, Jim stayed an hour past closing time to make sure everything was transferred and that I was happy with everything. He never rushed me and was truly FIRST CLASS!!! He also gave me a great deal on my accessories!!!!

“I would highly recommend this place. They were wonderful and fixed my son’s broken IPhone 13 screen in less than a half hour. They sold me a new screen protector at half price and installed it quickly. I will definitely use them again! Both of the staff members who helped me were knowledgeable and friendly.”

“Jaime Garcia was a very knowledgeable, kind, patient and stellar employee. I needed to switch from Tracfone to AT&T and go on my wifes account with my phone. Had a 11-year-old Galaxy S7 phone that was not compatible with their network so i ended up purchasing an S24 that same day. Jaime walked me through everything, gave me plenty of time to make an educated decision and was super chill and had a great attitude throughout everything. We walked out with everything figured out thanks to Mr. Garcia. Great guy!”

Jose is a pro especially with only being at the store for 6 months. He single handily helped 8 people with multiple problems or just a simple payment. “The AT&T in Addison, Illinois is great! When I went in, I had a pretty difficult issue with my phone and “Jordan” and “Sebastian” helped me out. Although it was a complicated issue, they were super patient and kind throughout the whole process, not to mention they resolved my issue! I recommend this store!”
