Best service I have ever had so far on Gl maintenance. We love Mercedes and this is our second Mersedes Gls. I never had oil change done within an hour from previous years going different Mercedes dealer. Service advisor Wojciech is the best. Definitely will be back for all maintenance needs.

The service was excellent. Ray Puentes Service Advisor addressed all my issues, I was finished within an hour.Renne scheduler was also very helpful.I will certainly be returning with all my Mercedes service needs.

The maintenance team here is the best Ive ever experienced with a car dealership. They are always cheerful in their greeting from the receptionist to the maintenance managers. The professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to help is unmatched based on my previous experience with *****. ***** provides the best advice on value and steps to take to keep my car in its best shape. Kudos!

These guys did a really good job for me. Had my 2014 ML350 in for a wheel noise. Also has a couple recalls. They took care of the recalls but couldn't find anything wrong with the wheels that was causing the noise. They did a thorough investigation but couldn't find anything except some cupping on the tires. I appreciated that they were honest and didn't do a bunch of unneeded stuff. They didn't even charge me the $250 fee to investigate. I will definitely bring my car back here. Very clean shop too. Sparkles.

I drove 80 miles to test a car. I confirmed with the salesman, Oliver, that I was coming. Oliver told me the car was parked out front waiting. Just before I arrived I received an email saying the car was sold. I found out the car was sold the night before. Could have at least checked to see if the car was available. Then not lie about it.

I came in Nov 2022 to purchase a Mercedes Benz G63 - The car was going under my business name and was processed that way with financing through Mercedes Benz Financial however once the reporting went through it went under my personal credit information which was not how we processed the contract or paperwork. I've attempted to work with finance manager Michael S and have reached out to every person with "supervisory titles" there to only be ignored including VP Bill O, and managers such as Michael C, Thomas, Vlad, Matt, Mike JR, Kevin and Dick. This deal has turned into such a mess - I also had my vehicle registration done incorrectly (no surprise) and when I paid the additional fee for the Mercedes ME additional features the product specialist Alex G registered it to a different vehicle not my own - so now a different customer is enjoying the services I paid for and I was not refunded. Its been a mess from start to finish and tbh I regret bringing my services here. Today I formally filed a complaint with the BBB for mediation to see if someone wants to start doing their job correctly and assist with the mistakes that occurred here. Be careful and consider Flecher Jones instead because its a mess here and if a business owner do not expect them to understand and work with you if your putting your car under your business name.

Saw a car listed for sale on their website. Looked like a good deal so I called them at 2 pm to make sure it was still available. Was told by a sales rep that they still have it and I should stop by to check it out. Left work early to beat traffic, and when I got there 2h later, another sales guy tells me that it was sold: "We took an out-of-state deposit in the morning". Learned from someone else that was interested and called, that it was already sold yesterday. Now, I understand that info on their website isn't updated in real time, that's exactly why I called ahead. It's mindboggling though that their internal inventory system takes more than a day to reflect a sale. Maybe they should go back to a whiteboard and stickie notes... Thanks for wasting my time!

Big thank you to Sam Mohamed for making our buying experience a very enjoyable one! I had visited other Mercedes dealerships in the area ]which provided sub par experience. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and care Sam and the Ziegler team provided. From scheduling a test drive through the final walk through and drive off, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. Sam made sure that all of our wants were addressed and that we had no concerns before finalizing the purchase. Highly recommend the Sam and Hoffman Estates Mercedes Benz dealership! Will be returning here for our next car purchase.
