This review is ONLY for Ray in service department. He is an exemplary agent and a empathetic person. Of all of my challenges with my car purchase and difficulty with operation of said vehicle Ray was the only person who came through on every occasion to offer support and solution to the point of resolution of our concerns. if you looking to buy Mercedes , you should buy it From Mercedes Benz of hoffman estates only. You need to ask for Tim McGrath he is awsome to work with and will out of his way to put a smile on your face and how can I forget beautiful and very knowledgeable Claudia she is super smart when it comes to setting up your car and all the bells and whistles.

Planned on purchasing a car from them, but then realized it was a lemon title and cancelled the order. I placed a deposit down over a week ago and was told they would refund me immediately. A week later and I have still not received my refund. They are quick to take your money, but very slow to return it. I recommend not doing business with this unethical company.

There are so many dealerships in the area to choose from, but they can't compare to the service level of Zeigler Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estates. Jaime, our sales representative, was outstanding to work with. The entire experience was enjoyable and stress-free, setting them apart from the other dealerships in the area.
