My husband and I went there 1 month ago, looking for a specific vehicle that he saw online. We met with Kevin Gerhardt, which was a great Client Advisor. He made the process as seamless as it could've possibly been, and got the car. Great staff and very friendly. Would definitely recommend buying a car from there, especially from Kevin. Thanks Kevin! Henry Choy, did such a great job on helping me get my issues resolved. Great with communication and handled the situation above what I thought could be done. I would definitely recommend Henry being placed in management for his attention to detail, defending what was right and making sure he kept his word on what would be taken care of. He did NOT over promise and under deliver but made sure everything was handled. Thank you Henry!

So far the worst sales and costumer service I’ve heard about. My friend leased a car and her lease was coming up so she came in to Schaumburg location to upgrade, where she was told she doesn’t have to pay anything for old. After 2 weeks my friends got an email saying they have to pay for old . Even tho Sales manager Sam said they wont have to worry about paying anything for old car. So don’t trust their employees, because you will face the same situation. If you looking for good deals and nice costumer service go to Motor works that’s where I lease all my cars and never have problems like that.

I lease a car for the second time and when you were finalizing the deal the sales person Sam told us that we don’t have to pay for the 3 month of the old car lease, that they take care of it and we would not have to pay anything . Two weeks after we got new car , we upgraded from Range Rover evoque to Range Rover sport , we received a mail from Range Rover that we owe 3500$ for the old lease , Range Rover evoque, we called , and email Sam and he ignored us. We had to go in person and talked to GM and Sam, sales person, and they told us that they can’t help us. Sam refused to admit that he told us that they will cover “ take car” of our old lease , and that we are on our own. We are very disappointed, it’s our second time leasing the car from them and they have lied to us. This experience gave me so much stress and affected my mental health. I will seek legal advise to get justice.

Very disappointed with the service. My friend leased a car and decided to get a new lease. There were 3 months left on the old lease. The salesman ensured her that everything will be taken care of and she does not need to worry about anything. After 2 weeks she received a bill for $3000 for the remaking 3 months of the old lease. So she has to pay for both the old lease and the new lease. The sales manager Sam is ignoring her calls and does not give any information. This is a scam. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I am very disappointed with Land Rover Schaumburg customer service. I scheduled an appointment on June 14th, 2024 to get my car fixed. They had my car for 10 hours and didn’t fix what is broken. I had to call them myself to find out what was going on and when I would be able to pick up my car. I was informed that they are unable to fix my car and that I would have to bring it back. With work and my kids school and other activities it’s very hard to not have a car all day. They promised to call me as soon as they can for a new appointment with a loaner car. It’s been over two months and I have NOT heard back from them. I owned a few cars before my Range Rover and never experienced some many problems with scheduling an appointment to fix few things. One of them being a recall issue. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I do not Recommend this location.

Dishonest salesman. Sold me a Velar that needed a new windshield, front brakes and rotors. Told me vehicle was mechanically sound and reassured me of such with it being a 2021 with 15k on the odometer. When asked about it, they completely ignored me. Purchased from out of state and it was unfortunately not a great experience but I trust that Karma will make it right.

An unpleasant experience all around especially from the GM. Purchased my Rover at Autohaus on Edens instead. Suggestion is replace your General Manager. Shame on Ziegler….

Best car buying experience i have ever had. My sales consultant was Kevin G and he was the absolute best! Also, the manager and financial office were super helpful and friendly. If you are considering buying/leasing from here, i recommend it!

I recently had the most exceptional customer service at this dealership. I unexpectedly had a running light go out and I was headed out of town (6 hr drive) the next day. Benny checked on the part, got me in with the service team, shuttled me back to my house and then dropped my fixed car off at my house (within a few hours!) I just couldn't believe the incredible service I received (thank you, Benny!) Outside of the fact that I absolutely love my Defender, the service sealed the deal for me. I'll be a Land Rover customer forever. Thank you! Well done, Schaumburg Land Rover!

Jeremy in Parts Dept at Land Rover was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with helping me determine what I needed and followed through until the car was properly fixed.
I will use this new parts and service dept again as a result.
