I can’t believe that a person can be fully insured, get into an accident and have bill collectors harass them anyway. It’s simply unreal what a bizarre and dystopian world we live in.

That Kevin promised call me back within hour but never did it. Never called me back to help with my documentations on my Cars insurance policy, as soon as figure out what I have problem with documents, and my original Agency permanently closed.Terrible service.

Kevin Van has not responded to three emails that I have sent over the past 3 weeks. My car insurance increase considerably and I was asking for an explanation and NO ONE CONTACTED ME!!! I need to change agents. The service has gone completely downhill!! Don't use them as your Allstate agent. I have had Allstate for practically my entire life with both home and auto insurance and this type of current service is unacceptable.

In the past Kevin and Linda provided good service. However the abrupt increase in premium for homeowners insurance this month (>$500 increase) with emails that went unanswered for a long while when I inquired about the increase led me to change to Farmers. This was very much prompted by dissatisfaction of service by the company Allstate itself. I had a roof leak with interior damage and was told by claims adjuster that my existing expensive policy provided no animal racoon damage coverage (roof inspection showed racoon tore off soffit) and provided minimum payment curiously just under the deductible - in other words I got zero dollars for roof and interior damage. Very disappointing since we have been paying thousands over the years for homeowners insurance . This is a learning experience. We switched to Farmers for better price and after our roofer said that this company is good with staying true to their purpose and provides entire roof replacements- for such situations.

Kevin M Van’s Allstate Agency accepted me with car insurance after “the other” company threw me away for one too many towing! No accidents, no major claims just towing… my old car was almost 20. After I became Van’s customer, they endured one more towing, and then the car was damaged by tornado – a tree fell on it! The agent was every time accessible and immediately helpful. The damage was promptly assessed, and payment was issued quickly. It went to the new car down payment – that I am now driving it with confidence that I am really in good hands.

Beginning the price of insurance is low, I referral someone, they verified never received compensation, I called than they said they will send referral fee but never got it, Insurance went up 30% . They never follow through. If you are reading this, resond

Your agent was a God send to me when I was at my worst. He helped me through my serious issues on my house. I'm a senior citizen and I literally wanted to just walk away from my home that I've owned for 22 years and is the only thing that I own in this world. Dan walker was there for me every step of the way and I am so lucky to have his assistance, encouragement, compassion and understanding when I was at my worst. I've never been in this kind of situation before and I did not know how to handle it. I was so lost and completely overwhelmed. I am so grateful that I had Dan taking care of me and I can now breathe easy and get my house in construction instead of destruction. I highly recommend Allstate to all my family and friends.

Allstate came through on my claim with flying colors. I believe I got 100% care and I am very satisfied with them. My agent and adjuster has been through my serious house issues all the way without any problems. I use them for my house and cars and would never change.
