Some of the pharmacists are wonderful. However, the techs are terrible and fail to communicate with ongoing issues. This pharmacy use to be wonderful. Such a shame.

Pharmacist Sophie will ruin a reputable business. DOUBLE CHECK the PRICE on your medications & make sure they are CORRECT. I can't count on my neighborhood pharmacy because of Sophie. I'll take my prescription anywhere but here.

Had an appointment for a flu shot at 2:30 today. Just one person picking up a prescription when I arrived, otherwise no other customers. Checked in, took a seat, 25 minutes later I was still sitting there. Had to leave to go to work so no flu shot for me. Absolute waste of time. Why have appointment slots if none of the 6 people working are going to help people with appointments?

Worst pharmacy my doctor called in my prescription on a Friday and they didn't even try to fill it till 5 days later! Even with the doctor telling them to fill it. They said they were out but last time I checked it doesn't take 6 days to order a prescription

I always get my prescriptions from here, this is my pharmacy, they are very good, I don’t wait long, they are very nice and they have everything I need and if they don’t they will order it so they will have it in like a day or two. Very easy. Then I use an app on my phone that I can order my refills and tells me when they are ready but you can also give them your number and they will send you a text when it is ready to be picked up and if you owe anything. And they usually give you a discount on medicines. When I go there, they usually know who I am so they work on my order and try to have it ready.

Had to pick up two scripts was told 45 min wait took about 1.5 hours in total for waiting and then couldn't get prescription adequately covered for my daughters antibiotic because they had low supply of liquid azithromycin so now I have to go back tomorrow to pick up the rest. Also I had to three way call my Rx coverage because they couldn't get the drug covered said my daughter wasn't showing coverage. When I got them on the line they said they couldn't update their incorrect RX codes in the system without contacting help desk which now I also need to wait till tomorrow to get my prescription cost reimbursed once they process the coverage. This has been such a painful process! Update - got a call from the Pharmacist later this evening and she was very nice and helped process my updated pharmacy coverage so I'll get a refund tomorrow. I am updating my review to 4 stars. Also thanks for reaching out Dawn. I do love this convenient location and appreciate the Pharmacist working hard to resolve my issue.

THIS LOCATION ALLOWS RACIST MANAGEMENT TO REFER TO THEIR EMPLOYEES AS N WORDS and then laugh about it with other coworkers. The manager who did this is named Rachelle and she laughed about calling two of her black employees the N WORD with the other manager Mary Anne. Do not shop at this establishment! It is absolutely horrifying to see this kind of racism within the community and shameful that these individuals have not yet been reprimanded.

My mother shopped there yesterday and you have an employee that is telling stories about how he and his brothers like to scare people and he does so by walking up behind customers and spitting on their necks. He also was not wearing a mask despite it being law right now. And the last 2 times I shopped there every employee was wearing their mask below their nose if not below their mouth too. Horrible Store!!

I wanted to give a shout out to the great staff And food quality at Jewel Palatine Road in Hoffman Estates. I have been getting curbside pickup and the quality of all the food including quality produce is terrific. You are all working so hard to serve your customers. Thanks ever so much.
