This place is great! My experience from the moment I walked in was wonderful! The staff, the rooms, the service overall. I felt safe and my room was impeccable. The location is very convenient, close to small shopping areas but not too close to any major traffic spots. If you’re thinking about staying here, i highly recommend!!

Check in was a breeze and the front desk was very friendly, fast, and helpful with everything, thanks Sam! Rooms are huge and have all the amenities, maybe a little dated but good overall. Great location for a job in Hoffman Estates. Super close to Starbucks for all the espresso junkies too.

Friendly staff, and the room layout for a single bed is a lot nicer than most hotels I've stayed in. Rather out of the way if you plan to do much in Chicago proper, but if you're traveling to catch something at the NOW Arena it's a good choice for an overnight stay.

First time staying at a Hyatt and it was FANTASTIC! Sam was absolutely the BEST hotel front desk person I've ever had at a hotel. Extremely kind, funny, chatted with us at breakfast, helped us get checked in very quickly as well. We also had a Blonde lady who was very nice as well, I didn't catch her name but she was always welcoming us and chatting with us too.
Breakfast was fantastic. First time I've ever had good tasting scrambled eggs at a hotel, they were out of bagels BUT had French Toast as a replacement and that's even better!
Rooms were extremely clean, well laid out and very spacious.
Will definitely be staying here again would give you guys 6 Stars if we could.

Staff was amazing, Sam was very kind and helpful with everything! Breakfast was super good and had alot of options. Rooms were exceptionally clean! Lots of good options around the hotel too like gas stations, dunkin donuts and Starbucks I'd say it's the perfect location. Thank you so much, had a lovely stay and will be staying their in the future!

The location is far from Chicago if that’s what you want to do but was close to the wedding we were attending. Service was good and they were quick to help and answer questions. The room was nice but tv was outdated and bathroom was oddly layed out. Toilet seat was a bit loose too. Overall a good experience would stay here again.

Ms. Michelle is the nicest most concerned Representative of a company. I ever Met. I have Been traveling for over 59 years and have never had an Experience quiet like this She is the Best. MS. MICHELLE SHOULD BE THE FACE OF YOUR. BUSINESS.
Rooms: I felt at home relaxing and most of all Safe.
