I have just received the 2nd of these unsolicited p*** tests. I complained to Aetna after the 1st one, with a threat that they will become my former insurance company if they are wasting my money this way. Now here's the 2nd one. I have 2 dogs and may just fill these envelopes and send them straight to these useless crooks in Illinois. Inflated medical costs! Here's just one of the bureaucratic ways they've dreamed up to suck money out of the system. This company is intrusive, unsolicited, and my doctor NEVER ordered these tests. Both Aetna and my doctor have grounds for a cease and desist order.

It's a scam. I received a "FIT-CHEK" test kit in the mail right after my annual physical. I thought it was legit but my doctor said that it was NOT ordered by her or her office.

This is scam!!! You are waste money of our insurance .I will send letter and call Attorney General in NY state to see what are you doing and how stole money for my insurance company from NY State. Shame on you!!!!

Absolute scam! Received a "FIT-CHEK" test in the mail that was never ordered by a doctor. Looks like this Home Access has been sold private information and is trying to bilk insurance companies for big Cologard-type bucks. Don't fall for it!

I'm not much of a reviews type person, with that being said.I felt the need to express the fact that this company is very professional. I am beyond honored to be a home access health employee. The level of rules and guidelines this company values are to be recommended and commended. I have had 25 plus years of sales and management experience. But, never have I worked for a place that is strictly customer service and all about helping the client. feels so good to work for a company that prides themselves on the way we handle their clients (members)

SCAM!!!!!!! WE HAVE NEVER CONTACTED THIS COMPANY. THEY SEND KITS THAT WE'VE NEVER ORDERED FOR IN HOME COLORECTAL CANCER SCREENING AND CHARGE FOR IT!! THEY SAID THEY GOT OUR PHONE NUMBER THROUGH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY BUT OUR INSURANCE SAID THEY HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER SELL OUR INFORMATION. IF THEY CALL AGAIN TO ASK FOR PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE WE WILL REPORT THEM TO THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL.

Ordered by a doctor who never saw me? Never spoke with my actual doctor (who just ordered a colonoscopy). Letter pretends to be from my insurance company. It isn't. My provider is way more professional. It's a scam, the only question is how bad of a scam is it?

I received a package from Home Access Health Corporation. It contained a home lab test for cancer. I have this screening done at my physician's office.The test that was sent to me was not ordered by my doctor or by me. Why would a testing lab send an unwanted test kit unless it was some sort of churning scam? I will be forwarding this to the state attorney general’s office along with a complaint about an invasion of privacy.

I checked with my insurance company. They did NOT have this urine kit sent to me. I think it's a scam to get my information. I'm going to take it to the Sheriff's Department.

I already do these tests at my doctor's office! I believe I did one of these a while ago just to see how it compares and the people there just come off as very unprofessional. I have already notified my insurance to stop sending me these tests! They should focus their money on other resources not supporting a company with a lack of empathy towards people!
