Ofelia is my fairy godmother! I went to another salon this afternoon and had my hair totally wrecked. And that is an understatement! There was no way I was going back to the salon that cut my hair. So I decided to go into great clips in hopes that someone could fix it. Ofelia could tell I was upset, but she took all of my worry away and kept telling me she was going to fix it. She took her time and was very thorough. She wanted to make sure that I walked away with a good clean cut. And I certainly did! It takes major skills to fix someone else’s mistakes but she totally did it! Thank you Ofelia! I will certainly be returning to you going forward!
Stylist: Ofelia is amazing and I appreciate her so much for being able to fix someone else’s mistake from another salon. True skills!

I checked in (under John P) online. When my estimated wait time was 5 minutes, I went inside which I ended up waiting longer than my estimated wait time. It’s such a warm day, turn up the air conditioning! The chairs are so uncomfortable. I was seated by the front windows where it’s especially warm due to the warm sun, I was sweating so bad and became extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed to get my haircut due to how sweaty I became because of how warm they have it in there, so I left. First and last time at this Great Clips.

This place is terrible, never come here for a haircut, they cut off my bread, then they leave clumps of hair in the hair cut. I asked the lady if she can do a fade, she said yes then proceeded not to do the proper steps/process to make a fade, just lined up and called it a day terrible service.

I normally have a pretty great experience, but yesterday had to have been my worst. I made an appointment to get my hair trimmed and was seen within a fair amount of time. The issue was the cut itself. I had come in with my hair tied back, so there was a dent in my hair from the tie itself making my hair not completely straight, but I didn’t think it to be an issue as I assumed she would have wet it. Right away she took my hair tie out and began cutting it while it was dry and didn’t section it either, so it was all cut at once. I didn’t question as she was the professional, but I was upset because I was nervous as to how it would turn out. By the end of it, I left and had my mom and sister look at it and take a picture and it was completely uneven and at an angle. I am extremely upset about this experience as I was seen for less than 10 minutes and it was not worth the price.

Purchased a prepaid gift card and spent about $90. Sign said free haircut with $50 gift card purchase and had taken advantage of it last year when I purchased the same gift card. I asked Ana if I could get the free haircut. She said it would have to be now which I said was fine. At end of cut she ran up the haircut. I said no this is free and she said the prepaid did not count. That is why I asked first and she said yes. When I advised that I had received last year after the same purchase she said:”Well that employee does whatever she wants”. I paid for the haircut and a tip but found the whole experience very frustrating.

Fries have a tasty seasoning, similar to Popeyes. They also have great deals on combos, the prices on the food are reasonably grate.
