Very clean. Bring your own bag to put your goodies in or buy one of their bags for 99 cents. There were two vending machines in the doorway entrance. Lots of good stuff.

RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED Goodwill has to know the difference with brand new and secondhand/used. Doesn't mean that they get a Ralph Lauren sweater that has clearly seen better days they could price it for $20. They even sell a chipped ceramic vase for $10. The management has to take note that items they sell are NOT brand new and they are serving the low income neighborhoods. Never could they try to compete with TJMaxx and Ross.

I bought a water cleaner from goodwill and when I opened it at home. Someone wrote on the product that it was old and didn't work anymore. And the box was already opened. It was taped shut by the employees. So I went back to return it.The manager, Jessica. Didn't want to return my money. After I told her why I was returning it. She said was my fault for not checking earlier. No store credit refund or cash refund. Don't go here, they won't refund anything and they'll take your money.

I bought a water cleaner from goodwill and when I opened it at home. Someone wrote on the product that it was old and didn't work anymore. And the box was already opened. It was taped shut by the employees. So I went back to return it.The manager, Jessica. Didn't want to return my money. After I told her why I was returning it. She said was my fault for not checking earlier. No store credit refund or cash refund. Don't go here, they won't refund anything and they'll take your money.

A vigilante squadron here at this particular Goodwill who were hired, or recruited to harass me because of a issue I have with a gang back in my home state of Connecticut "Diablos MC" who have recruited management to harass me out of the store I was working there as a donation attendant. As well as mayor Brandon Johnson who I have exposed for having a connection to the Genovese crime family, Chicago organized crime, The syndicate. Who's telepathic voice continued to infiltrate the back room of the Goodwill in Hoffman estates, stating frequently, to harass Dante out of this store. His hope is to make me a homeless person, in the name of Chicago Bear Justin fields. This store has no right to jump on my back, because of outside influences, by criminalistic elements. The entire staff as well as management should be canned for successfully making me quit.

if I could give this location no stars I would. The girl who came for back up at the register has the worst attitude I have seen in a long time. When I got to her lane I handed her the hangers not only did she have an attitude but told me don't throw stuff on the on counter for her to scan? Guess she wanted to get it for free? I was only setting stuff down. As a customer service manager myself, I would NEVER let one of my team members talk to a customer the way she did. Her name is Sam. She did not even ask for a phone number to put in for points. When my mother asked about putting her number, Sam responded you didn't tell me that! When that is a part of her job. She has time to gossip with other coworkers and stop our transaction to call a manager for another customer while the other cashier had no customers.My mother and I are avid good will shoppers. We Will NOT be returning to this location. Sam costed goodwill a sale worth over $50. It's sad when you can't even work at goodwill and need more training. Bottom line Sam needs better training before she costs goodwill more customers

Love going to Goodwill Store they have nice stuff , clothes, shoes jeans, jacket etc very cheap good bargain to buy even you need in one store!
