I absolutely love this gym. Clean, really nice top end equipment, and great customer service.Although I don’t even work at Bell works I still believe it’s worth it. I highly recommend if you are in the area to check it out and sign up.

Love the staff. Provides a variety of classes has all the gym equipment you can think of! They offer massages, personal training, and it's a great space!

The zumba class here is amazing! Andrew is an awesome instructor and the class is fun and full of energy. The facility is very clean, large locker rooms, good variety of equipment, and spacious. Also great price for the membership which includes the group fitness classes. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Great facility, I have been wanting to test out the Ifit bikes and now every morning I am able to pick a new virtual location to ride. Clean facility with a great team. I wish we had a location closer to home for the rest of my family to use.

I drive through 3 towns to get to this gym. The Zumba class is stellar and Andrew makes it worth the commute! The locker room is clean & spacious. The equipment is new and easy to use. I love coming here!

Our company recently moved into Bell Works, and when I found out there was an on-site gym, I was amazed! Having access to something like FitLab is awesome. There is a wide variety of machines, weights, and plenty of space for stretching, yoga and so much more. The gym is never crowded and I always feel like I can get a decent workout in no matter what time of day. Sarah is super sweet and very welcoming. I look forward to many more workouts!!!

Nice to be apart of a gym that’s reasonably price with state of the art equipment! The New GM is awesome and if you have any questions is always there to give a helping hand! Overall great workout facility for the buck and even does classes as well!

The equipment is new and works really well. I think the layout is great and there are plenty of options for different types of cardio, strength training, HIIT, approaches to fitness. I really like the gym. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I wish there were more classes offered.

24/7 gym service, great changeling rooms and pretty quiet. Makes it way easier to focus on what you need to personally do to improve yourself. The new general manager is great too she get things done and always has a smile.

This place is a gem! It has top of the line new equipment. Enough space and machines to workout without feeling congested. But most of all I love the zumba classes with Andrew!

Only giving it one star because the facility is okay. I had a membership here as a Bell Works resident during the beginning of this year (2023). After we decided to not renew our lease with Bell Works, I called up Fit Lab to have my membership changed to a public access membership. Everything was all good, my membership was swapped but I couldn't access the gym. I called to have this addressed, was told it would be addressed but never was. Finally, after reaching out THREE times I was told they cancelled my membership for an unknown reason. I never broke any of the terms of use such as sneaking people in, leaving equipment out, etc. The only possible hypothesis that I can come up with is that they were upset my company didn't renew our office lease with Bell Works. I reached out to a manager for an answer but still haven't got one after many days. Customer service is not there and I do not recommend getting a membership here.Update: So, they cancel my membership on their behalf and remove all my access, yet STILL ARE CHARGING ME MONTHLY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP THEY CANCELLED. Nice to know they try to scam their customers of every dollar.
