When you send a patient to another location for a medication you are out if, it would be so nice if you would think to mention that the location will be CLOSED for a 30 minute lunch by the time we get there.

My doctor ordered a pain medication that I needed. the pharmacist confirmed with my doctor that it was correct and necessary. then pharmacist still would not fill it, said "I'm not comfortable with filling this" Also she was really rude.

I called the pharmacy at different locations. The phone responses were bad. No humans just robots. Phone disconnected no further info provided. Can anybody tell me what is going on? ?????

I would give 0 stars if I could. I got my prescription transferred to this location from a different CVS store. The person who I spoke to said it will be ready in an hour, I went to pick up after couple of hours and didn't have the medication ready. In fact, the store deleted my prescription while transferring it in and proceeded to tell to go to the original location. I asked her to give me 3 days supply and she refused to, as I have an "active prescription" at a different location and pick it up from there. I went to the original location and they told me my prescription is in active. So they deleted my prescription, decline an emergency supply, and just very rude staff. The prescription was a paper prescription. This happened yesterday around 6-7 pm. CVS, please train your employees better.

Both Jeanna and Cinny are tremendously helpful and empathetic going far and beyond to assist in my unusual predicament filling my prescription so that I would not miss my daily dose. I’d like to express my sincere gratitude regarding their support of my health given these crazy times. Bravo!

One of the worst CVS I have been too. Long wait times and customer service is pathetic. Staff is rude and doesn't make an attempt to help customers. Their usual response is talk to insurance. I have had better help at other CVS pharmacies. Stay away from this place.
