Very poorly managed business. Dirty stores, nasty floors, the stock areas that customers do not have access to are probably even worst??????Horrible customer service support, lower cost items are never in stock so that the customer has to pay more for cheap low-end overpriced products.I do not recommend, please do not waste your (money/time). My experience was also a health and safety risk)that the company has well trained the stores to try and double charge for oppose to owning the skillset issue. REALLY?????I do not recommend unless you are interested in the absolute worst customer experience...bottom of the pit!!!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Claire's. My 4-year-old daughter had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 PM CST on September 14, 2023. However, when we arrived at the store, the gate was closed, and a sign indicated that they were open from 11 AM to 7 PM. We had even called ahead to schedule piercings, and we made a 45-minute trip just for this occasion.What's truly frustrating is that we had called the day before, on September 13, 2023, to see if we could get in a day earlier. The employee we spoke to declined our request, citing an illness. While I understand that employees can get sick, what I can't comprehend is why they weren't open during the approved date and time. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable.My daughter was left in tears, and I was left feeling incredibly let down. I understand that there might be employee shortages, but there's no excuse for such foolishness. I would strongly advise against anyone with children who can't tolerate unprofessionalism from visiting Claire's. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hope they take customer commitments more seriously in the future.Location: Willmar, MN

Claires has the largest selection of jewelry, most of which is affordable. The ear piercing cost me over $60 each for my daughter and myself. I think that is quite a bit overpriced. Other than that they have a lot of neat trinkets and Claires has been part of my shopping life for well over 30 years, when I used to meet friends at the mall and always made sure to stop there for some new earrings.

*Sharing my recent experience with Claire’s retail store at NorthPoint Mall in Alpharetta, Georgia:*I recently interviewed for a position as their Part-time Supervisor/3rd key holder. Their Store Manager, Alex, offered me the position. I was beyond excited about the opportunity. She advised me that I would’ve received documents/tasks to review and sign from their HR Department. When I received the correspondence, I was unable to retrieve/gain access to them due to not being provided with the login credentials. I called her (SM) as soon as I made the discovery, she blamed it on HR and told me that she’d reach out to her GM to have the issue resolved. One week had passed, no communication from Alex (SM). I reached out to her via store phone number and her personal number and she ignored me for an entire week. The following week I called again, no answer..I briefly sent a text message asking for an update, she quickly responded that she had none. Ms. Store Manager, it’s not a good practice to rescind a job offer because you cannot get your GM to provide proper login credentials for potential new hires. Do not waste people’s time with having them apply for a job and interviewing, only to not follow up with proper protocol after that process. I will escalate this matter/complaint to Claire’s Corporate Office. This way future potential hires won’t face the same disappointment. I will continue to support Claire’s in the future, just not your store. I will also share my experience with my network. Thank you.

My wife used to work for Claire's but quit today March 22, 2023 due to the management at the Muscle Shoals Alabama store after the District Manager told my wife that my wife shouldn't have been hired because she was stressing the Store Manager out when my wife has been the one picking up other workers slack even having to pick up extra duties because the Assistant Manager won't do them. She tried to go above and beyond for them but ended it being belittled. The company was fairly good but need to get rid of the Management staff at these stores.

I worked at the Claire's warehouse for 4 months and this was the most HORRIBLE experience I had experienced. The supervisor GLENDA was the rudest meanest person I have ever met. The way she yells at workers and puts people down is DISGUSTING. She feels like a queen bee and always fires people for the stupidest reasons or no reason at all. Especially the ladies that only speak Spanish. She would yell at them and always made sure to remind you that people have wanted her fired but she's still here. she's the worst representation for Claire's. If any of the workers reported each other she would yell at you and tell you who reported you. And as a manager you don't do that there has to be a level of confidentiality obviously she wouldn't know that. She always had something to say and if you were to make a mistake she would threaten you and say if you can't do it right she'll find someone else who could. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to work under this management . Claire's should do better because the management your warehouse is under is truly DISGUSTING.

I bought Claire’s ear care solution because when I purchased this years years back it made my soar piercings feel relief and heal VERY FAST. My piercings present time hurt so I was out of town and I thought I’ll just go to Claire’s and but again because it works so awesomely. Well, I went to buy and found out they changed there formula and this is why I’m writing this review. The Claire’s after care cleanser 8.5 oz bottle solution doesn’t work at all as well as the old solution I purchased years back. My question to Claire’s now is WHY when a company has a awesome product for some reason the company changes formulas. Well, I’ll never buy again this new formula because it doesn’t AT ALL work as well as the old product did. Claire’s WHY? Change a good thing ? So sad companies do this. I bet you it’s because there saving money making this cheaper product. Well you can keep this cheap product because I’m returning it.

False advertising online! Store would not let me get a refund and corporate in Florida and IL are not assisting me! I filed a complaint with BBB due to this horrible service! They are advertising an AirPod case as if it's AirPods Pro and it's NOT! I have Pros! And they will not handle my shipping cost to mail the items back that they got wrong! The earrings are the wrong size in mm. I know because I already have the smaller ones and I was ordering sizes up but they mailed me small ones which are incorrect! I'm so done with this company! When I call it always says the operator is not available!

fired for having asthma sent 1 bent face shield direct from china. grocery store where our products are located in rules state merchandisers must wear masks not face shields. played phone tag with HR for over 2 months finally they demanded equipment back or they were going to sue me. $12 at 15 hrs was 30 hrs when i was hired in 2018 decreaed over 2019

This place tried to do a phone interview twice. The first time I was scheduled they never called me. The second time they didn’t call me. I call them cause I was frustrated since I called off work late so I could respectively done their phone interview with no distractions. They never called me back. Please don’t apply to this company. They don’t look at humanity.
