Please remove the "Drive Thru Banking" amenity that Google Maps indicates your Chase bank branch offers because it does not. I drove out of my way as I am handicapped and need this amentity. It is apparent that your drive thru has been permanently closed off and discontinued obviously so why not update to provide accurate information?

Rushiraj was extremely helpful and patient. He made sure everything is the way it’s supposed to, made sure all the information is correct, etc. overall the experience was amazing and highly recommend!

Went to the ATM and deposited a check. Friday evening and the place was very crowded. Long lines in the ATM line. Unfortunately I got behind someone who didn't know how to use the machine and quite funny couldn't drive out of the lane.

???Horrible Customer Service, Impatient, Rude, Inconsiderate, Condescending. They will cut you off when you are trying to speak and act like it’s an accepted & normal practice to do so.They will hang up on you mid sentence when you try to do questions, then claim to not hear you, then transfer you to a call center, or blatantly hang up, or disconnect the call altogether.They won’t hold the door open if you are in a wheelchair and will gladly watch you struggle, then claim they didn’t see you after looking you directly in the eyes and then turning their back.I’m sure no one in their who acts like any of what I’ve described above would want this type of disdainful treatment for them or their loved ones. It’s abhorrent! ?

Zero knowledge on businesses side, and having already Buss Accounts with chase I know what things are possible to be done and the banker just stud there and argues with me that it isn’t. Btw, went to a different branch and did what I needed. They need a proper manager and more training on their own policies at this branch
