Thought I was in Home Depot with how poor the customer service is. Walked around the knife cabinet looking at knives Jan didn't ask if we wanted to see anything or even acknowledge our presence.

Great place to find anything you need for the great outdoors. They are super welcoming and helpful. Whether you need to stop in to use the bathroom or need to find a specific camping item, they can help. Definitely worth the drive, lots of parking and lots of supplies. Highly recommend.

I love coming here for all my outdoor needs but you guys definitely need to get rid of those folks by the elevators selling timeshares. We’ve been approached twice on the same visit by pushy salespeople that made our trip uncomfortable.

Went here to purchase a boat. They pushed through financing and boat prep so I could take the boat the same day. Staff was friendly and professional.

Their very pushy about membership. I went to buy a gun and I was treated like a complete alien . I Bought a gun in 2022 and they escorted me out after thE purchase like I was a criminal or something. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Customer service is excellent. Prices are very reasonable and products are top of the line. The only reason I didn't give all stars is because their phone service is terrible at times.
