Unbelievably loud outside music that we could hear through the windows of our hotel after midnight to 4am when we left. This is not the first time since opening. That music carries through the area based on wind -disturbing residents or hotel members. No need for outside music to be like your at a club in the middle of the night in the area. The charm was the peace.

Your overnight lady's customer service was very refreshing at 5:00am and because of that I chose to buy more than my lottery ticket.

Rude cashier then they have a mailer with a promo for a free grill item when you to redeem it they inform you that it has certain hours of availability… though nothing stated on mailer. Shame! Just a gimmick to get you in the door. Better service a up the block at Ricky Rockets!

Wow if you’re on a road trip this is the place to stop. The bathroom was so nice I was surprised there wasn’t a bathroom attendant. 10 out of 10. Would poop here again.

This place is amazing!!! Open and super spiffy clean. Totally worth the pit stop. Clean bathrooms, friendly employees, and you can't go wrong with their Lavazza coffee bar.

One of the employees at this gas station is a thief. My daughter goes there sometimes to buy my Lottery and cash my winning tickets. Twice the employee told my daughter I won $2.00 less than I did. I check my tickets very carefully and my daughter usually confirms the winners too. On this last occasion both me and my daughter counted $22.00 in winners, the employee insisted it was only $20.00. What's the odds that twice he claims the winnings are $2.00 less than they are? It's not a lot of money, being taken for $4.00 but it's the idea that somebody would risk losing their job over $2.00. My daughter both times did not want to argue with him and just left short the $2.00 because she thought maybe he really needed the money, despite having a job. I have asked my daughter not to go to this BP anymore. She likes it because it's one-stop shopping for her, gas, lottery, snacks. But if you have a dishonest employee, it's not a good idea to keep patronizing a place like that.

Worst customer service and apart from that afternoon indian lady she always plays lottery though we are at counter and saw their manager also playing lottery in morning. Would have given minus points if that was an option.
