We have a business account with this bank since 2019 and the service we get is simply atrocious. We have so many incidents over the last five years and this latest incident is what broke the camel's back. Over the weekend, our Sunday school had a registration event and we were expecting the payments to be made through Zelle but after a few transactions, the bank started to block our payments. We couldn't do anything as it was Sunday and we resorted to use our Square credit card machine and Paypal which incurs a fee,. When we tried to work with customer service center and then at the branch today, they simply had no clue what the problem was and the three ladies at the branch (Theresa, Nicole and Branch Mgr Ivana) along with a customer service supervisor over the phone could not resolve my issue. After having spent more than an hour on a work day, I requested to figure how to resolve the issue and the branch manager calls me later during the day and explains how she is unable to help and that I should directly work with the third party zelle to resolve the issue. They had no issues when I said I will close the business account. Please do not use this bank and please never go to this branch. The entire is simply clueless. Zero Stars is what they should get.

Never open account with BMO one bounced check they will freeze account for 14 business days even the check is wrote by other person totally DICTATORS and ruthless customer service even we bring account back in positive can’t touch over own money for 14 days STAY AWAY FROM BMO IF YOU LOVE YOUR MONEY

We have been a customer at this branch for over 25 years.. General customer service has been going down hill over the years with a few exceptions.. I do understand Covid-19 situation but "hurry-up" in less than five minutes in accessing safe deposit vault, when there are no other customers waiting does not make any sense. Not much of customer focus. Hope after relocation to new building , there is some improvement.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful customer service. Second bad experience in a row, will never come back. If you can bank somewhere else or at worst with another bmo branch, do so at all costs.

Angelika is a wonderful customer experience rep. She was very polite and helped me with my banking needs. I was in a rush but she was able to resolve the questions I had and follow through with my transactions. Best customer experience from a bank I have had yet.
