“I had a piece of plastic, possibly a cover or protective piece on the underside of my vehicle hanging down and dragging along the road, I stopped by the dealership on Golf Road but of course they were busy. I brought it down the street to Abby, and Chris briefly paused his current job to roll my car on the rack and fix it, and he didn't charge me for it. Easy fix, I wasn't there even for 15 minutes, but I appreciate the willingness to address it right away. Love the family business level of customer service. Better than dealerships and franchises. A+”
“Sylvester was wonderful! I was about an hour away from home for an appointment (with Gramma and an infant) and noticed my back tires were low. I was circling the lot to see if there was a possible air pump when Sylvester came out to wave me over. He was SO kind and professional and insisted on me sitting in my van with the baby while he checked and filled all tires that needed it. Wow! He then let me know about other complimentary services at this location and I’m sad I don’t live closer because I’d be back for sure with service like that! Thank you!”
“So had boosting install cold air intake on my 2022 BMW M 240i X Drive. Could not be happier. The work is impeccable, they really know what they are doing. I will be going back to have them install my new rear spoiler. When I was there the owner came up to me while they were doing the work,just to check in and make sure I was happy with the work. “When I moved out of the area not too long ago, I was shocked to see that there were no Infiniti dealerships around me so getting work done was a challenge. So just this weekend, I decided to call the day of my commute back up north to get a simple synthetic oil + filter change done (with MPI).
Dropped the car off and within an hour, I got a comprehensible multipoint inspection sheet, itemized next/recommended services, and a tread depth VIDEO sent to me since the service was complete — something new I think!
So what gives this review 5 stars? Well, it’s quite simple really…. The entire team within this service department truly deliver a world-class experience. From the service advisors (SHOUT OUT TO ANTWAN HICKS!!) to the service technicians, they go beyond a “white-glove” experience to show their clients how much they care.
Not only did they clean the outside of my vehicle, but I noticed they also cleaned the inside! All that aside, this is the one and only service team I would drive over 2 hours to bring my Q60 to.
So without further ado — THANK YOU INFINITI HOFFMAN ESTATES SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!

“Recently purchased a 1968 Camaro SS and while it is in great condition, it needed some maintenance, repairs and upgrades. I searched around for a speed shop and decided to check out Underground Autosports. I went to their shop and had them do an inspection. Their knowledge, attention to detail and desire to do the work as if they were the owner really sold me on them. I bought the car a few weeks later for maintenance, repairs and some upgrades. I had them install a Wilwood 4-wheel disc brake conversion and a completely new braided fuel line/system. The work they did was amazing! I will be bringing it in again for some more custom work. 4 stars to Brandon and his staff!”

What I like the most is their pricing.
I took my car in for an engine issue and they took care of it in less time than I imagined for a great price. I am glad I didn’t take it to the dealership, they would have replaced the engine and charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend Firestone for all your car maintenance needs.?”
