Good price on meat and goods. Small but pretty complete for Asian groceries.

Not a bad little Asian store. Many unusual items. Managed to find green Szechwan pepper corn or also known as prickly ash here. I found a nice five spice here too. Quite a few varieties of noodles as well.

Love this store! Very friendly staff who answered my questions in English on items.Aisles are narrow, but I could fit my small power wheelchair through all of them. Def not wide for 2 carts side by side.Had pre-made foods to go, like BBQ. Got frozen dim sum and teas I've never seen before, like mulberries in syrup.

If you look for Chinese food ingredients, snacks, and vegetables in the northwest suburbs, this is the place. In the weekends, there are additional pre cooked Chinese food and pastries. The attitude of the owner and staffs is why I am a long time returning customer. The owner is very accommodating and often go beyond to help a customer. The staffs are very friendly.

My main reason for shopping at A Plus is tea. They have a great selection, and I've never been unhappy with the choices or freshness. They're very helpful, too!

The lady closes to the door on us. She saw us walking towards the store and she came and locks the door . We stood at the door for a minute and she did not let us in. The shop closes at 7 and we were at 6:45. The store still has the OPEN sign litMost disrespectful affair. I see all good reviews about this place. Unfortunately I got the Foot. Not walking back in .... I avoided H-Mart to come here and this decision gave a bad tast .

I find mostly positive reviews here but somehow my experience was not good .We stopped by this shop around 6 44 pm and the lady inside the shop looked at us and quickly locked the door on us with the OPEN sign still on and 15 more mins to the usual closing time . We were standing at the door still confused about what just happened and the lady went doing something inside ..i felt it was rude and i cannot but feel disappointed .

Support your local small businesses! Even though A+ is close by larger stores like H Mart and International Market on Higgins road, I still like stopping by this small but well stocked store. As other Yelpers have shared, A+ has unique teas, spices and dry noodles. I also like that you can always find fresh produce and frozen items for hot pot, dumplings and egg roll wrappers here. And they sell my favorite Silver Swan brand soy sauce I use for Filipino dishes like adobo. As a child, my mom would put Botan rice candy boxes in our stockings at Christmas and they always have that candy here along with Hi Chew. Service is very friendly here and I like the smaller sized bags of white and brown rice here too.

I happened upon this store by accident while on my way home. I'm so glad I decided to stop in. They have such a large amount of product for such a small store. There are dozens of different ramen packets and noodles, tons of spices, pastes, and sauces, loads of teas and dried Chinese herbs, including loose tea and packets, a butcher's counter, fresh vegetables, dried mushrooms, specialty items, chopsticks and dishes, and, to my great pleasure, a wonderful frozen aisle with type upon type of dumplings.I'm talking dozens of more types of dumplings than Mitsuwa (which is easily 15-20 times the size of A+ Asian Mart, but has under 10 types of frozen dumplings). There were traditional bagged pork gyoza and potstickes as well as ones that had pork with other ingredients such as celery, snow peas, mushrooms, scallops, and shrimp. Then there were bagged mini pork buns, crab and pork buns(!!!), homemade mini pork buns, homemade potstickes, several different shumai, big pork buns with vegetables and teriyaki, several types of wontons, tiny sweet dumplings, and many, many more that I didn't read the labels of.Not to mention much much more that I didn't have time to explore! The staff were very polite to boot. I was greeted on my way in, even though the lady was helping another customer find an item, the person in back bowed/nodded their head at me and waved, and the same lady who welcomed me was very nice as she checked me out. Saying, please, thank you, and wishing me a nice day and to come back soon. And let me tell you, I will be back soon: very soon. I will be making the 20 minute drive there and back regularly now that I know it's there. I can't wait to tap into their tea and ramen selection, try every dumpling they offer, and browse through every amazing inch of this wonderful store. Big chain markets have nothing on this hidden gem. A++
