I came in this morning to get my screen protective put onto my phone. This screen protector is from the company “Zagg” under insurance and ORDERED from Verizon. I’ve never ever had an issue walking into this location and getting my screen put on. However today, I walk in and the lady tells me they have a service fee? A fee of $29 to put on a screen protector. She then had told me this was enforced in the past 6 months which must be inaccurate because I came to this location 2 months ago and got a screen protector put on for free. I’m extremely disappointed with this costumer service. Id recommend going to the location in DTLG. Save your money and receive much better help.

I came in today to upgrade a phone. The sales person sold me a phone, then failed to activate it. When I left the store all four phones on our family plan no longer were connected to the network. He somehow managed to break an entire family plan. No one could use their phones.
Even though there were 5 employees in the store, no one was answering the phone. I believe this is a corporate store.
After 3 hours on the phone with customer service I got the network issue resolved.
I was able to make it back into the store in the evening and they were able to activate the new phone after my whole family went without a phone all day.
The salesmen blamed me for the issue which was an entertaining conversation.

I came in to see if I could get my phone's screen replaced with the insurance I have on my plan. Andrew was a tremendous help. I decided to add another line and Andrew told me that my new phone for that new line would be free. It's a corporate store and Andrew was absolutely great. Thank you very much.

I’m starting to wonder if this store is just for staging products. Tried to go several times for a new phone or to get an issue fixed and they’ve never actually been open even when the website says they should be.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Long story short, I came in to add a hotspot to my account and an employee by the name of Ricky convinced me to start a business account to save money on my bill, which of course I did. Problem is, my next bill was 3x higher than what I was previously paying and what was quoted by multiple Verizon employees. I've gone back to the store 4 times over the course of 2 months and each time the situation is either not resolved or made worse by their completely useless staff. Even the manager Kathleen admitted that she was unable to help me, twice. Apparently there's only one guy named Adrian who deals with business accounts and he never seems to work. To make matters worse, the staff is completely unapologetic and doesn't take any accountability for what they have put me through. I have no choice but to cancel my entire service and go to another provider. I will never be a Verizon customer ever again.

Manager checked us in and said that we needed to wait for a representative. Manager then proceeded to sit down next to the representative (who was already helping another customer) and glanced at his phone doing literally nothing. After about 15 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. I called Verizon and upgraded my phone in less than 10 minutes. Definitely will not be returning to this location.
